I would give this place a 0 if I could! Don’t spend any money or time at this business! I bought my new ford truck in Austin and took it to Tommie V. For service. I will NEVER go back and here is some of the reasons why….My calls were screened and I NEVER got any updates or return calls from the service department or my specific service provider(Elizabeth bell).I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning and I was told I would be getting a call to let me know what they found. I call at, I believe, 3pm, and Elizabeth Bell is already gone for the day and there are no notes... I was told to call back the following day, so I did. Again No call, no one said the shop is behind and can't get to it for 3 days, or advise me I should get a rental. Next, I call Elizabeth Bell EVERY SINGLE DAY and she called me back ONE time to notify that nothing is wrong with my truck. I advise her to tell the person to ROLL Down the Window because you CANNOT miss the grinding/squeaking noise...as well as it would be appreciated if the plastic part under the driver side tires could be put back in place...after MULTIPLE calls to Ms Bell and no response my boyfriend calls twice and she magically picks up the second time and immediately says hello they can't find anything wrong and they can't hear the squeaky grinding noise you are talking about. I called again to tell her that I expect someone to ride in my truck with me on Thursday and to,again, call me back. She never called...again. I finally decided that the dealership nor Elizabeth bell knows how to conduct business. I went to just go pick up my truck because obviously they had no plans on helping me. When I went to the dealership I was furious! Elizabeth Bell was no where to be found, I checked my odometer and I was right as the miles were the same as I dropped it off and the fallen plastic piece was untouched and still hanging down! I don’t want other people to experience what I did, so please NEVER EVER SPEND A PENNY OR GO TO TOMMIE VAUGHN FORD! More
The 2020 expedition I got had a check engine light on that they knew about but didn’t fix it before I flew into Houston and had a 5 hour drive home. I asked why they didn’t fix it since it was in warran that they knew about but didn’t fix it before I flew into Houston and had a 5 hour drive home. I asked why they didn’t fix it since it was in warranty and my sales guy had no answer. Was also missing one of the factory floor mats which I didn’t find out about till I got in to leave. Def shady esp knowing I had a 5 hour drive home. More

They would not honor my contract and tried to tack on a $1,500 buyout fee (which is not a thing and was not in my original contract), they wanted to tax me on that buyout fee, and they added all kinds of other made up charges. I would have paid a few thousand dollars more than I needed to when it was all said and done. I then paid a visit to the guys over at Tommie Vaughn Ford and they honored my contract and I walked out paying the correct amount for my vehicle. I worked with JP (John Panaméno) in sales, Jason Clark in finance, and the GSM Mike Colvin. These are honest, intelligent, hard working men who do not try and scam people out of their money. These are the people who represent Ford. These are the people you want to work with. Tommie Vaughn Ford will now be my Ford family! I am so happy I found them. Thank you guys! More

Inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from Tommie Vaughn Ford motors. On or about 09/16/2022 I dropped my car 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid at the service department of Tommie Vaughn Ford motors fo Tommie Vaughn Ford motors. On or about 09/16/2022 I dropped my car 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid at the service department of Tommie Vaughn Ford motors for a recall repair because my car started to shut down while driving. Mr. Harrell, Service Advisor suggested that besides the repairs, the car required maintenance for better performance. One of the maintenances offered was to flush the radiator (A Total mistake) and the total cost was going to be $1,905.99. I agree per winter is here and I needed the car to be in better condition anyways. Upon receiving the car, all possible lights turn on in my dashboard, something that never happened before. Within 3 weeks I notice that the car didn’t have any antifreeze or water, so I call Service Advisor Mr. Harrell who suggested taking the car back to the service dept. to be checked and see what the problem was. The next day I received a phone call from Mr. Harrel who informs me that a hose burst because it was old and rusty! (So, it seems that the mechanic miss reporting after the radiator flush that a hose needs to be replaced!). Not to argue and because I need the car, I agree to have the hose replaced and pay $575.96. Within 2 days I pick up the car from the car dealer not even made it to the street all possible lights turn on, on my dashboard go back inside talk to Mr. Harrell who suggest bringing the car the next day to be checked again by now I agree to go home and once I got home I lift up the car hood only to find out that the car again didn’t have any water or antifreeze again. Again, I call Mr. Harrel to explain car had no water and by now he agrees to send a mechanic to my house the next day. The Next day a mechanic arrived started checking my car and provides me with a diagnosis. According to the mechanic, the original hose and the new house I purchase both bursts because the mechanic who did the radiator flushing didn’t bleed the car correctly, leaving the air in the radiator caused both hoses to burst, and by NOW other parts of the car got wet including the brake module, therefore, the brakes don’t work now and all the lights in my dashboard are still on ( it looks like a Christmas tree). When I explained the mechanic’s diagnosis to Mr, Bobby Harrell’s response was that “the mechanic whom he send to my house to check the car does not know anything, that the mechanic does not what he is talking about “so I question Mr. Harrell as far as why he send a mechanic who does not know anything to my house and to check my car? Mr. Harrel’s response was that my car is old and has too many miles that that’s the reason is breaking now. The mechanic assigned to work on my car failed to do the proper maintenance by not bleeding the car correctly, not only that but the customer service I was given by these people is very unacceptable, I feel that because I am a Mexican American and they’re white they can treat me like an illegal but also an ignorant person. The service and parts supervisor is a very arrogant individual who has no customer service skills, sitting in his office chair like he is some type of GOD! Mr. Bobby Harrel does not let you talk and cuts you off when you try to explain your point. I wonder if this is standard practice at these Mechanic shops/car dealers. I find what happened to be unacceptable at all scales, literally I got robbed by these people! DO NOT LET YOURSELF BE A VICTIM LIKE ME FROM THESE INDISCCRUPULUS PEOPLE! More
Instead of repairing and providing maintenance unprofessional Service agent and Mechanic messed up my car completely. A radiator flush service end up messing up other parts of my car the mechanic unprofessional Service agent and Mechanic messed up my car completely. A radiator flush service end up messing up other parts of my car the mechanic didn't bleed my car to remove air within the hose and it cause the original hose and a new one to bust. The total cost charged to me was $ 575.96 . A mechanic that the car dealer sent to my house confirms the wrong radiator flush performance and the excuse I am getting from the service agent is that my car is old and the number of miles it has are causing this problem... DO NOT LET TOMMIE VAUGHN TO DO A RADIATOR FLUSH if you have a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid, these mechanics don't know how to work on this type of car.... I regret letting this car dealer work in my car... More
