My Review Of Town Center Nissan:

We felt very scammed and pressured. We went into this dealership to purchase a new car using Costco discount.
We were never shown the "Costco" price, just fast talked into purchasing a certified pre-owned car, which we have never
done in our 37 years of marriage. I admit it was very dumb on OUR part. We were given a very high interest rate, considering we have excellent credit because it was a "used" car. I have since called 2 times and left a message for
my salesperson to call, and I have not received a call back. We were given free oil changes, but will not take my car here
for service. I do not feel comfortable with these people. Please make sure you are not pressured into buying a vehicle,
if you find one you like, get the price, and then go home and sleep on it! I sure wish we would have!

My Review Of Town Center Nissan:

I had a great experience when I bought my Nissan NV work van last month from Nick Pulllano. He was highly recommended by a friend who bought a van from Nick the commercial manager at Town Center Nissan. All day long this was the easiest vehicle purchase for me ever!

Nick took care of all the big and small details to get my van set up for my work. He even worked with me to get me a great price on my old beat up van.

It was great working with Nick, compared to 2 months ago when I was at a hack lot that Nissan should shut down and they did not help me at all. They just kept trying to push me into a sale quickly, if I didn't meet Nick I may have gotten a van that would not have been right for me because the other guys just wanted to sell me and I could tell. When I replace my other vans my new ones will come ONLY from

My experience with Town Center Nissan was outstanding. The individuals in the rental department were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful during the entire process. The condition of the vehicle, coupled with the price, and high level of quality and customer service made the driving experience delightful and exciting.

My Review Of Town Center Nissan:

If ever you wanted to meet the stereotype of a car salesman, then come on down to Town Center Nissan where the people here pop right out of the mould.

We knew the car we wanted, and they had it. Started negotiating the price for the car and came to an agreement with the salesman and the manager. We didn't notice until later, but they skewed the paperwork to use the $1000 NMAC cash back against us. So the "agreed" price of the car was incorrect; $1000 ABOVE what we agreed for the price of the car (cost of the unit!). And we was to pay taxes, interest, etc on that extra $1000 sale price of the car! And LOSE the cash back incentive by financing through Nssan!

All the while they explained to us how the financing department and sales department are separate entities and there is no communication between these divisions.

We ended up going to financing before noticing the CHEAT on our paperwork and, while my girlfriend has a credit rating of 820 (TIER 0!!!), my score is 700. Combined, our scores were still strong. The financing guy wouldn't budge below 4.99% interest, and attacked ME for having lower credit, and attacked HER for not accepting a higher interest in order to keep me on the loan. The guy pitted us against each other, or attempted to do so. After swimming in his little sharktank cubicle for over an hour, he went down to 4.49%. Really?

We requested the front page of both our credit scores as soon as he gave us the interest quote. He refused and said providing the credit report is against federal law and that he's not going to prison for us. We didn't ask for the entire report and requested the FRONT PAGE of our score, and then he said he can give it to us later but right now we need to go over a few things. Why would he do that? He knew he was ramming us on his "required and locked interest rate based on your credit". At the very end after we signed the paperwork, he tossed our scores at us - and we just sunk in the chairs.

Both of us went home that night feeling awful and cheated when we really came to realize the twisted prices on the invoice and the ridiculous interest. We returned the next day and the SAME PEOPLE said the sales price was an ERROR and MISCOMMUNICATION and NOTHING THEY CAN DO!! The only good thing that came out of this experience, is they allowed us to cancel the entire deal.

We ended up visiting another dealership - found the same car we wanted, the price we wanted, took advantage of the $1000 cashback, and received an interest rate of 2.49%.

Any place is better than here - unless you want to educate your children on the stereotype of a car salesman.

My Review Of Town Center Nissan:

I had just given up on buying a new vehicle because of other very aggressive salespeople. My wife and I had gone to eat with some friends. They told me to call Nick at Town Center Nissan, they got 2 vehicles from him.

In 15 years of buying vehicles this was easy and it was relaxed! My wife really enjoyed going with me this time. The last time we bought a car, a Honda we felt miserable from start to finish and then regretted it. NOT this time, like our friends said... Nick was pleasant, easy going and very personalble.

All it took was one phone call to set a time when I was free and Nick made it great and quick!

All my thanks to Nick at Town Center Nissan, I love my new Frontier!

When I heard the radio ad about "trades overflowing", I laughed & thought I'd give them a try and see if we could make a deal with my high mileage Toyota Camry. Well, I'm glad I did cause now I'm in a beautiful 2013 Nissan Altima and I LOVE IT! Thanks to that radio ad, I got into my 1st Nissan and the best car I've ever owned! Extremely Satisfied!! Thanks!

My Review Of Town Center Nissan:

I went on line looking for a new Murano. I did not need a new vehicle but it was almost about time. My daughter needed my car and we talke about me me giving her mine if I found something. Nick called me and asked if it was a good time to talk about my on line inquiry. Others called also and did not really respect that I was working or busy and made me feel like I was missing out by not just going to see them right away.

Nick offered to e-mail me info on the Murano as I only knew I liked my friends Murano. He told me to look for his cell number in the e-mail and call him when it was best for me. I called him 2 days latter and he was not at work but still took the time to answer all my questions and take notes on a few things he would have to get back to me on, such as exact color combimnations he had in stock.

As he was not the closest dealer to me but the only one who did not call me 2-3 times every day and sent me all info he could to explain the Murano I was sure I would drive a extra 25 minutes to work with Nick, he just seemed like a customer service oriented individual and not just a salesman. Nick even called Trent the finance guy asked him a few questions and then called me back! That shocked me, I was offered what was best for me and never felt pressure or harassed by Nick.

I tried this last year and I did not look at Town Center Nissan as it is farther than a few other dealers near me. UGH... at the other dealers, I got lied to, my time, several, several hours was wasted, they told me one price and added over a thousand once I went in and then THEY told me that I was wrong and that I was not told rebates and low special financing rate are combined!? I never would have know if they were or not unless the liars who told me that I can save thousands and get 0% informed me of such. I bet they had Nick working for them now. His honesty and willingness to explain everything he could made him the only one I felt comfortable with. He even impressed and befriended my husband, who would rather set himself on fire than go car shopping.

This was the best, no pressure, no pushing me up on price or down on features, no lies or games car buying experience I have ever had in my life !!!! I will only send friends and family to Nick Pullano at Town Center Nissan. He is a joy to work with and a joy to just talk with. I think every car salesman could learn a lesson from Nick.

To anybody looking for a new or used car, save yourself the headaches and aggravation and just call Nick Pullano at Town Center Nissan. I promise it will be worth it and you will be very happy. He went above and beyond in each step of my car buying experience and I LOVE my new Murano... Thanks Nick!!!!

Guys were great. Told them the car I was interested in and what my budget was and they made it happen within minutes. No sales ploys, they only cared about finding a way to get me into the vehicle that i wanted.

My Review Of Town Center Nissan:

Buyer Beware. We bought a new 2007 Altima from this dealership and had a great experience. Just recently bought a used 2003 Accord with 38,000 miles that was checked out by their service department per their salesman. Withing 15 days, the transmission has to be replaced. The mechanic that repaired the transmission told us that any service department that had inspected this car would have been able to tell that the transmission was bad. My fault for not taking it somewhere to be inspected. Just warning anyone that this dealership is not your friend and will sell you a car no matter what condition it is in. And is uncooperative when you have problems.
