My recent encounter with Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram of Levittown left me utterly disgusted by the blatant lies and disrespect a service department could show a customer. Despite reaching out for assistance, I was met with nothing but incompetence and deceit. Multiple service representatives misled me with false promises and misinformation. When making my service appointment, I was told the required software updates would only take a couple of hours. I decided to leave my car the night before so that my car would be there first thing for my 7 am appointment. Since I was told the software updates would only take a couple of hours I thought that meant my car would be ready around 9am, maybe even 10am. If only that were true! I got a call from Emily Boyd at 8:12 am telling me my car wouldn’t be ready till the “afternoon”. Fine, I guessed that meant 12pm. Unfortunately for me, no one called in the “afternoon”, so I had to call them for an update. At 12:05 pm I spoke to Stavros who told me he couldn't give me an exact time because the entire service department was out to lunch. No wonder work doesn’t get done on time. Stavros then told me he would call me back in 30 minutes, so 12:30, right? More lies! 1:00 pm comes around and I had to call THEM again. Stavros didn’t take my call so I waited on hold for answers from another representative. Ten minutes of holding some how gets me transferred to Stavros, who didn't even acknowledge that he did not call me 30 minutes later, or even an hour later, or at all. Nevermind that, Stavros then tells me they need till the end of day (5pm) for my software updates. Please explain to me how a couple of hours of work became a full work day. I have about 10 years of dealership & service experience and am fully aware of how service advisors and mechanics cushion their hours to extend the “work time” and get paid more. Why would they bother to work on my car for barely 2 hours when they could lie and get paid for much more from Jeep? This is called fraud and I have called Jeep to open an investigation. I lost a day of work because of their lies. This is one day where I won’t get paid because of them. Not only do I feel lied to but I was completely disrespected as a customer. Especially by the service worker Emily Boyd, who had the audacity to call me after speaking to Stavros and tell me very rudely to “come pick up my car if I didn’t like their time estimates”. Who does that? Someone please train her in customer service. I had to call and speak with the operations person, Erin Ehrling, who was the only helpful person there. It’s disheartening to see a company prioritize lies over genuine customer service. The service department has no sort of work ethic. I strongly advise others to steer clear of Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram of Levittown service department if they value honesty and respect. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! More

Terrible customer service. Have to call 5 times in one day to get information about your car. Was told someone would reach out to me but never did. The shop fabricates problems with your car and gauges you with their prices. Overall a very shady business and would not recommend anyone bring their vehicle for service here. More
Getting service at this dealership has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Returned for the same issue several times with no resolution, never given a loaner, and this last time they had my car worst experiences of my life. The Service Dept is HORRIBLE. They have no clue what an appointment means. Brought my truck to have a part installed at my appointment time of 8:30. At 12:30 I called them and was told it would probably be at least another hour. they called me at 1:45 that it was done. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS DEALER AGAIN and would tell everyone and anyone who is thinking of coming here, go to another dealer. More

So this is my second review of this dealership. They responded to my last review of what can we do to make this right.
