My Review of Town & Country Mitsubishi:
Negotiated a deal including a couple of major factory rebates. Signed all the papers.<br>David called me at work several days later saying that one of the $2000 rebates was expired and since he felt 'partially responsible' he was going to give me $1000 additional on my trade...I just owed them another $1000. I was shocked and disgusted. (No, David, you were 'completely responsible' for the error.) The biggest problem here was his attitude which I saw in another call he made to my home as well.<br>The dealership eventually wrote off their mistake and I had to re-sign all the papers for the 3rd time (there was another error on their part which caused me to have to re-sign once as well). <br>I like the service dept at this dealer but would advise no one to purchase a car through the sales dept there. <br>(The only other time I considered buying there was a couple of years ago and I had to demand my trade-in keys back from them and walk out during the 'sales process' I bought a Montero at another dealer that same day.)
