I had an appointment for an oil change, but it still took around 2.5 hours. I would suggest being more time-conscious, as 2.5 hours is too long for a simple oil change. This type of service can typically be completed in less than 20 minutes at a drive-through oil change location. This has not only happened once but every time I visit. Toyota Direct service and sales teams always do a great job. Never try to upsell, just give manufacturers recommendations and let you decide for yourself which services if any to perform. job. Service technician lied to my face about what was wrong with the car. They instructed me to go to a dealership that they knew was outside the warranty coverage that I purchased from their dealership. Every with the car. They instructed me to go to a dealership that they knew was outside the warranty coverage that I purchased from their dealership. Every single time that I call in to have this issue resolved I am placed on hold and transferred to a voicemail. Toyota Direct and Drive Direct have wasted days of my time and energy. More
The dealer and every person inside was very professional and welcoming. I’ve spent some long grueling days in dealerships going through all the ropes they send you through. Here we told them what we wanted, showed up to test drive it, told them the price we wanted to be at with the term and rate being right and they made it happen. The only negative part about the experience was the fact that we paid 20k in cash by saving back a payed off car payment for several years and it was reported to the government. Wow what you get for doing what once was a great gesture and not a target on your back with the uppers. More

My family and I are not new to Toyota direct or Toyota in general. In fact we bought our family car Highlander from Toyota back in 2021. This time I went in for a service, and decided to spice my teenage daughter who is 17 with her first brand new car. To say our experience was the worst you could possibly have is an understatement. This guy Basha is the worst guy I have ever met. The day of me purchasing the car he pretended to be s nice person but the day I took all my children and my husband with me to go and pickup the car he treated as like trash. We requested to have someone else work with us but everything went downhill from there, giving us a car with a scratch , and poor customer service hence deciding to return the car. We will be going to other car dealers and never to Toyota and especially to the Toyota direct on Morse road located in Columbus, Ohio. More
The dealership left the oil cap off and I didn't realize it until I got home. I had oil all over the underside of my hood and engine. Smoke was coming out of my vents. Called the dealership and they did tak it until I got home. I had oil all over the underside of my hood and engine. Smoke was coming out of my vents. Called the dealership and they did take care of it. Detailed the truck inside and out as well as degreased the engine/everything under the hood which I greatly appreciate. The issue is when my truck was brought back to me there were several scratches on and around the hood that was not there before. One big one at the front of the hood. Brought it to the attention to the gentleman that brought my truck back. He took pictures then said it would be made right. I called the other gentleman that was taking care of me named Kyle and he said he would check in to it and call me in the morning. No one called. I called today and left a voicemail. I am very upset because those scratches were not there before. This brings down my truck value as well. At this point I have decided I will not have any more work done at that dealership because of incompetentcy. The exception would be the recall on the break lines and honesty I wouldn't even trust that. My truck was brand new, beautiful, and pristine before I took it in for that oil change. I do appreciate Toyota trying to make it right with the cleaning and detailing. The lack of communication in regards to fixing the scratches and making this bad situation completely right is really upsetting. I am not the type to go down to the dealership screaming and demanding change. I speak with my actions. I will not buy from that dealership nor have basic service like oil changes etc again even if it's free service. I would rather pay for quality and know the job is done right. I do have documentation pictures and video of this incident. I also had an extended wait time at the dealership waiting for my oil change to be completed. Waiting 2 hours when I had an appointment which is unacceptable. It seems like service was overbooked and that led to the situation in the first place. I suggest looking into better time management for scheduling appointments to avoid this in the future. More
Bought Grand Highlander last year. Now they want $15/mo to keep nav and other options “active”?! Never told us about this! Not OK! Now they want $15/mo to keep nav and other options “active”?! Never told us about this! Not OK! More
