My rav 4 car new car have knocking noise and I had been there for 4 days and they still can’t fix its and they don’t want to tell me what is they problem is . I was surprised that my final service was only a tire rotation and not an oil change. The service person said “ oh you get 5 services - not necessarily an oil change!” I guess I needed to pay better at rotation and not an oil change. She didn’t explain the maintenance items clearly to me, and I didn’t hear it. But she claims she did, even though she never asked me to confirm or agree.
