We owned RAV4 and Highlander that were bought and serviced at Toyota Direct. As we upgraded our garage to Lexuses, we are still bringing them to Toyota Direct for oil changes. Great job !! Went in to get an oil change for my 2022 RAV4 and ended up trading that in for a new 2025 RAV4. I will say all the workers, service and sales, are very cheerful people and actually seem happy to be at thi up trading that in for a new 2025 RAV4. I will say all the workers, service and sales, are very cheerful people and actually seem happy to be at this job. Whether they are or not they put on a good show. Everyone so friendly and they absolutely worked with my budget and purchase price. And they picked up the tab for my oil change. Got to love that. Robin Reed More

Very disappointed with service took long time didn’t look at my issue told me to wait till it gets worse . No communication till service was done and then found they chipped my door and no one has contacted at my issue told me to wait till it gets worse .
