I have use Toyota Direct Service for over 10 years. They provide good service, but I always feel it is more expensive than it should be. Also, the service consultant role is a bit confusing. I feel like I get stuck with a person because they checked me in (and they probably get the commission). This time, my consultant was not there the next day and it led to poorer service. I want great service every time I call or arrive, not just from the person who checked me in. More

The customer service was down right terrible. The call center would try to transfer you to your advisor, but if they didn’t answer they would tell you they will send a message to call back. They never call back and you have to call again and it’s the same thing. It didn’t help that after they got my car working, it was leaking coolant from something wrong that happened during the visit. Jeremy, the manager, was very helpful and made it feel as if someone wanted to help and let me know where the was and how long it takes. Yet, this happened after two days and 10 calls that said they left a message to call back. More
