I just picked up my new Corolla from Littleton Toyota. I was extremely pleased with the salesman I dealt with, John Bohr and I'm very happy with the car. Although we have purchased several Toyotas from this dealership, it was our first experience with John and it was wonderful. I highly recommend him.

My Review Of Toyota Place:

Thai Nguyen is a great sales man that I have ever seen. He is friendly, helpful and nicely. I'm very happy because everything went quickly and smoothly. I got my new car, just few minute talked to him on phone. This price was good. It takes only one hours to get in and out Toyota Place with brand new 2012 RAV4.

My Review Of Toyota Place:

I bought a used car from Toyota Place. The car didn't come with basic equipment ( jack, lock nut wrench...). I did ask for the equipment when i dealing with the price the answer is OK. After the sale contract is signed. Now the answer is the car don't com with the equipment . I did checked with Mini dealer TWICE the car do come with the equipment as standard equipment even the car with run-flat tire. I got the run around answered especialy from Bill Parker (used car manager) and from another employee. I thought Toyota try to fix their image I thought I'm dealing with professional dealer but I was wrong, remind me of buying car back of 80's. Especialy Bill Parker he have no class at all. He doesn't act like MANAGER at all.

My Review Of Toyota Place:

Garry exceeded all superlatives with his service - I came in on Friday, very nervous and upset because my 2000 Honda Odyssey was on its last legs and just about made it to the showroom. After inquiring as to my requirements for a new car, he brought me the perfect model to view and drive - it fulfilled all my expectations...Because it was doubtful I would make it home to Sanibel in my old van, he insisted I take this car as a loaner to keep overnite and test its enjoyability, even though I was not yet ready to "sign on the dotted line". Upon my return on Saturday afternoon, he took care of signing me up for a 2 year lease at a price I could afford, and I am a very happy leaser of a 2012 Toyota Camry!

My Review Of Toyota Place:

Wow!! What a waste of time this place is. I do all my shopping on-line and this was no different. I sent a request for a Tundra Platinum and Jennie Lu replied with a quote. Quote was good and acceptable to us. She asked about trade and I told her what we had and she then came back with an offer, which was also acceptable. Long story short, she had her "co-worker" Thai Nguyen call me because she was going to be off the next day and that was the only day we were available this week. I told Thai we had the prices down and all we needed was a payment amount and we'd committ. He told us he couldn't quote me a payment over the phone due to "The Patriot act". I thought that was odd, but ok, so we made the appt. Once there, Thai turned us over to "Jersey" because he was busy, thought "uh oh, here we go". I was right. What a debacle it turned out to be. They ended up coming back saying that the trade-in had paint damage and a whole laundry list of stuff that 3 other dealer just "missed"? So their offer was $7k less and all of a sudden, they needed $5k to make the deal. Mind you, credit is perfect, truck was located at another dealer so no issues there. Jersey then spouted all of this stuff that made no sense. I was ticked as I am the original owner of the car, it has never been in an accident (he said the paint had been blended) and there was no issues other than them being complete jerks. After Jennie and I had made the arrangements, someone else steps in and comes up with complete non-sense. This truck purchase isn't out of necessity, it's out of want and by no means did we have to buy a new truck. If they would've just came back and said from the beginning that the bank couldn't finance it because we are too far upside down in out trade, fine, but Jennie KNEW what we owed going in, so why not just tell us before we came in we'd either need a large down payment or it just couldn't be done, we'd be fine. But then to get this "Jersey" character involved who rambled some stuff that surely was "car lingo" totally pissed my girlfriend and I off. We are straight shooters and certainly don't like to have out time wasted. Either you can do the deal or you can't, pretty simple stuff. It's called don't be a sheister. With a 730+ FICO, it's no problem getting financed elsewhere. We won't be going back nor do I recommend you go there. I believe they are your typical "care sales people" and try to take advantage of people, both of us are in the finance business so they tried to scam the wrong people. I've dealt with financing cars in my profession in the past and there is no doubt they are scammers. Save your money and a big headache go somewhere else.

I wouldn't recommend this dealer because when you have an incovinence none does anything about it not even "the boss". Hen you are buying they say they can give you a lot of things but ones you have your car they can not do anything only "oh im sorry !. Hey suck I prefer to return my car and have a bad credit than keep going there for anything that i have to go.

Our experience at Toyota in Gladstone was exceptional. David was not pushy, very informative and easy-going. He is the best salesperson we have worked with. Ben was also very attentive and worked with us to get the payment we needed in order to get the great Toyota we leased. We love Toyotas and have had great success with this brand of SUV. We have had a Toyota pick-up,Toyota Celica, Toyota Forerunner and have now went back to Toyota from a KIA. Thanks for making this possible.

I had the most wonderful experience from the moment I walked in to the last. The irst ting I notice was the smile on everyone you see, the second thing was asking me If I nwanted coffee, water, etc. They offered me lunch and It was like a family and like I have known them for a long time. The friedndliness and overall experience was grat!!!

Thai was very honest and worked hard to get me the best deal for my trade and the payments I wanted.He did a great job during the test drive to show me all the features and benefits of the prius. He has also been very helpful answering my questions after the sale and always has time to take my calls and returns my calls when I leave a message.

I STARTED IN THE LOT OF NEW CARS SECTION LOOKING FOR THE USED CAR SALES. I SAW A SALEMAN TALKING WITH A GENTLEMAN I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD TELL ME WHERE THE USED CARS WAS, THIS GENTLEMAN STOP DOING WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HE THEN ASSISTED ME IN GETTING THE CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR. WE LOOKED AND LOOKED UNTIL I CAME ACROSSED WHAT I WANTED HE LET ME TEST DRIVE IT. MR. JAMES (JIMMY) ROOKER IS HIS NAME HE SAID JUST CALL ME JIMMY. JIMMY ASSISTED ME INSIDE GAVE ME THE CARFACTS TO THE CAR AND DID THE PAPER WORK ABOUT FOUR HOURS LATER I WAS DRIVING OFF IN MY CAR. THANKS TO JAMES (JIMMY) ROOKER THAT HELPED MADE THIS POSSIBLE, HE A GREAT SALESMAN AND HE GOT THE JOB DONE...
