Aaron was great, but when I picked up my car, the heater was on full blast and there wasn't a new oil change sticker on the windshield. The clip was removed from the gear area. My car brakes sounded the same as a backed up and left the dealership. They were squeaking etc. I paid for a brake service. I was upset and called Aaron back that day after I returned home. The floor on the drivers side had coolant on it. Aaron noticed this and wiped it up with a towel.. I washed and cleaned the floor mat when I returned home. I would like a refund of the brake service. My bill was 918.00 for the coolant leak and oil change and brake service. I feel like the coolest leak was fixed correctly. I have been checking under the car etc. The leak was noticed when I pulled in for the service. More

They literally sent me onto I-270 with an unlatched hood and a steering system they knew was failing. When I caught them, they claimed it was a 'private side job' to dodge liability—even though it happened in their bays, with their tools, and their advisor. They even told the Attorney General 'no money was exchanged' despite me having the bank records to prove it. Because of their lies and 90-day delay, I missed my Uncle’s funeral and had to drain my 401k just to survive the Uber costs they forced on me. They don't care about your safety or your family; they only care about covering their tracks. I have an 80-count evidence file and the AG's office involved. Stay far away if you value your life and your wallet." More
