Another good experience at Toyota World I purchased a Toyota 9 years ago at this dealership and had a good experience. I went to "just look" this weekend and drove away in a new Highlander! I purchased a Toyota 9 years ago at this dealership and had a good experience. I went to "just look" this weekend and drove away in a new Highlander! Chris Purdie was my Sales Advisor and he was great. The typical stereotype of "car salesman" he was NOT! It was a pleasure to deal with a Sales Advisor who was professional but also personable and low pressure. I asked a question and Chris was not 100% of the answer- he was honest an said he would check for me as he did not want to give me the wrong information. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear in order to make a sale - instead he told me the truth, got the information and it helped lead to the sale. He also lived up to the title Advisor as he made suggestions on other vehicles that may better suit my needs when I was unsure. The other vehicles were not more money, so he was not trying to upsell me. Brandon Torres was also very good to work with and like Chris Purdie, presented several options to consider. I would recommend Chris Purdie and Toyota World of Lakeworld and they will again be my first choice in the future for any car buying needs. More
