I have to say hands down the buying experience was top notch. The salesmen were knowledgeable and on point. They took their time and worked out the BEST deal they could. Flawless used car buying experience This is my first car buying experience, and I was worried that I was going to have to deal with a salesman going back and forth with his manager for e This is my first car buying experience, and I was worried that I was going to have to deal with a salesman going back and forth with his manager for every dollar. Although I heard they are pretty good at Toyota World, I could not have had a better car buying experience. I walked into the dealership with a car that was falling apart and knew I was in a bad position to negotiate, but Chris and Paul did everything they could do to accommodate me. The dealership was clean and open, and I didn't feel like salesmen were swarming like I've felt elsewhere. Great guest waiting area. When Chris was taking me to cars, I was the one pushing looking at different and/or more expensive cars on him! Even though I arrived after 5pm, he was patient and got me an answer to every question I asked. When I was deciding on which car to get, Chris told me to go with my gut on what color I wanted and trim I liked, since those who settle often regret it later. I am so happy he gave me that advice, since I could not be more in love with my car. The car was detailed while I finished up paperwork and met with the finance manager, and the team stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed. As a mechanic manager myself, I went back the next day to meet with the service team and look at the service area and was impressed with how clean and quick their operation was. I'm looking forward to getting my vehicle serviced here, and recommend anyone meet with Chris at Toyota World of Lakewood. More

I checked the Web site prior to my appointment to see what was available, and although it was not accurate, Ian walked around the lot with me and checked in his computer for the inventory to help me find the perfect car. Great Car Buying Experience This is my third consecutive car purchase at Lakewood Toyota. I called ahead and asked if the car I saw online was still on the lot. After I was tol This is my third consecutive car purchase at Lakewood Toyota. I called ahead and asked if the car I saw online was still on the lot. After I was told yes I told them about an aggressive price I saw online from another dealer. They told me they would match or beat it as long as the cars had the same features (which they did). Once I drove the car and we sat down I told them I needed to know three things: the total price, the interest rate and what they would give me for my trade in. In a short period of time they provided me all three. They even came up to my trade in price after I told them I had a higher price from the other dealer (provided online). I see no reason that when I am ready for my next car I won't shop here again! More

Very Good experience! I had a very good experience with the people that I dealt with in sales namely, Jim O'Brien, my sales person. He was patient, not pushy, and answered I had a very good experience with the people that I dealt with in sales namely, Jim O'Brien, my sales person. He was patient, not pushy, and answered all of my questions, which I greatly appreciated. When I came to pick up my license plates, registration, and title, Jim was away on vacation. However, Carter Nies, who works with Jim offered kindly to put on my plates and imparted important detailing information about the vehicle that is not mentioned in the manuals that I am aware. Both gentlemen were friendly, helpful, and professional. My experience at Toyota World was so much less stressful in purchasing a new vehicle than I have ever had in the past at any other dealership. Kudos! More
