Overall experience was amazing. Everyone there was so helpful, from the secretary to the general manager, they were so friendly which made it an exceptional buying experience. Carlos Oliveira was our salesman and he was absolutely wonderful. We were in such a rush to get a car and he helped us find the perfect match. I am so happy with my new car. Ana Maia was wonderful! She is so personable, helpful and knowledgeable in her approach, and throughout the entire transaction. Carlos Oliveira was also a joy to work with. He is extremely friendly and gives you a reassuring feeling that he is "on your side" and wants you leaving the dealership feeling satisfied. I will refer Ana and Carlos to friends and family, and will definitely work with them in my future vehicle purchases.

I went to Toyota to have a service done in my car but them i change my mind, i got the attention that i needed, everyone were nice, i think it was a great deal for both of us (me and Toyota) .

The sales reps we worked with were wonderful. They were eager to please and satisfy all our concerns in buying a used vehicle. The manager, John, was also fantastic. He resolved a tire issue we had promptly without a second thought. HIs main concern was the safety of the vehicle and we were very pleased. The dealership was above and beyond our expectations. All of the staff was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them.

When you decide to buy a car a lot of doubts arrive in front of you. I made my research with friends and I was told Toyota Corolla was a good option when you're looking for an economic and comfortable car.
The reason for my rates are based on the excellent treatment. A storm had happened and I called Fort Lauderdale because I couldn't be connected to Deerfield Beach Dealer. They probably checked the numbers and called me back. I felt motivated by them. Carlos picked me up at North Miami (the day before I wasn't rude but he knew the time of the call wasn't the right one and he was very gentle), Ana was very efficient answering my questions and Mark was able to give me a good deal. Jander knows what he does. At the end I spent many hours there but I left after I had my lunch paid for, with my new car clean and with full tank!!!!!!

Ana was quick to help us. She showed us the type of cars we were looking for. She worked with us regarding the lease and we were able to reach a deal. She has been helpful since the purchase and helped us with the bluetooth connection. Carlos was also very helpful. He gave me a ride home in the new car and picked up the trade-in in order to make the transition easy and smooth. We will recommend Ana and Carlos to our friends who may be looking for a new car.

Bonnie was a dream to work with my wife and i got a 2013 Corolla and a 2013 Rav4 she made it as hasel free and as quick as possible non of the constant dealer haggling and entire day spent trying to close the deal we walked in and out of there with 2 new cars in less time that most dealerships take to get you a test drive.

My experience was great, they took really good care of me and my family and helped me get the best car i could. The best part is that they didn't act like other dealerships by trying to sell me something i didn't need, they really went above and beyond what they were suppose to do to make sure i walked put happy.

This dealership made my car buying experience a pleasant one. Ana and Carlos, my sales associates, went above and beyond to made it as easy as possible for me to get the car I want at the price I want. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous, and best of all, not putting the pressure on me. It totally changed my perspective of how I used to feel about dealing with car dealerships and salesman. It shouldn't be painful and can be fun.
