He listened carefully to our needs and helped us set up an appointment to drive both the cars we were most curious about - the Toyota RAV4 and the Hyundai Tucson. Richie allowed all three of us plenty of meaningful driving time in both cars. That proved to be very important. We wanted plenty of interior room and eventually settled on the Hyundai. Richie was so kind and proved extremely helpful in us finally getting the vehicle we really wanted. He has a calm, pleasant way with his customers. He allows the vehicles to sell themselves while being quick to provide us with any information we needed to make an informed purchase. Richie is clearly an experienced auto salesman. But at no point did it seem he resorted to any sort of hard sell. I think his experience helped him realize that wasn't necessary with us. He succeeded in building a good rapport and a friendly relationship with all of us very quickly. When I'm being sold something, I place great importance on working with someone who is genuine. That's Richie. None of us will soon forget how he facilitated a very pleasant shopping experience for us and finally took the initiative to help us get OUR car. He went far beyond what I'd ever seen a car salesman be willing to do in making a sale. We're very satisfied with our experience at Toyota of Easley. And impressed. I hope Richie will be there next time we find ourselves in the market for a vehicle. More
