Don’t set up appointment with me and tell me it’s 1 to 1. 5 hrs when I return almost 4hrs later it hasn’t even been looked at. Inexperienced people working on my truck. When I went to pickup my truck I would ask if they had tested the work that they had done and they always said yes which was not true. I had to tel When I went to pickup my truck I would ask if they had tested the work that they had done and they always said yes which was not true. I had to tell them what was wrong and that I refused to accept the work they had done. I also had to take my truck to another company to get it done correctly. Not commenting with me before doing work on my truck. I lost trust with them. They now have a new service manager (Ian) , which I am hoping he can and will get things under control and get the people’s trust back. Rebecca Hergner More
