If you have an appointment it doesn't mean much. Takes an hour for an oil change with or without an appointment. Very slow service for such a basic service. I think i can do better.. I have used this dealership in the past and typically they do okay. My experiences have seemed to get worse over time. I was waiting on my truck to get finished and the service writer called me on the ph they do okay. My experiences have seemed to get worse over time. I was waiting on my truck to get finished and the service writer called me on the phone (after I told him I would be in the lobby). He started to tell me all the things that were wrong with my truck and it needed to be done. By that point I had walked back to his desk. One of the things that he told me that needed to be done was my front brakes, and instead of waiting to see if I was going to get anything done they had already pulled my truck around to the front. Seems to me that if all this stuff needs to be done they would have waited for me to either check yes or no prior to bringing my truck around. Then when I walked around my truck I noticed oil all under the wheel hubs. Motor oil that looked like it had been slung up under the tires. Ridiculous that my truck came back to me filthy when I took it in clean. I will not continue to use Toyota of Easley. More

Extremely disappointed. A 1 1/2 appointment ended being 3+ hrs and still wasn’t able to fix the problem. Mostly because of the way Toyota designed this. Eventually got an appointment when I was able to recover a password to my own account. I was told a week earlier by the service department that they would be in touch to schedule an appointment, but that ne a password to my own account. I was made to wait over 4 hours for a simple oil change and a Bluetooth diagnostic. My car was ready after a couple hours but I was made to wait until they figured out who pays the bill on a company car. T and a Bluetooth diagnostic. Over the years I’ve bought close to 10 cars from Toyota Easley but will not be coming back for any services. I will post my experience on social media. More
