Toyota of Easley - Service Center

I took my 2024 Hybrid Corolla in for a 20K service. When I asked the service rep about cleaning my HV battery cooling intake filter, he said my vehicle didn't have one. It does. My actual vehicle mil When I asked the service rep about cleaning my HV battery cooling intake filter, he said my vehicle didn't have one. It does. My actual vehicle mileage is not recorded correctly on my hardcopy maintenance log and a even a different mileage was recorded on my work order; so there are 3 different mileages for this service: actual, hard copy maintenance log, and Toyota work order. If I experienced this level of incompetence before a mechanic even touched my car, what happened in the back that I couldn't correct/monitor? I shudder. I will not return, nor recommend, Toyota of Easley to anyone. More
