purchased Car Care service plan when purchased the Avalon. Dealer refused to honor the oil change certificate despite the car mileage being below the 100,000 maximum. Told me the car care warranty was time or mileage, "whichever came first" - but the original contract I signed has no such wording. I paid for the oil change. Not happy, won't be back for any more service and won't be purchasing any vehicle from this dealership in the future. More

The back hatch will not function on a 2018 Toyota Highlander. Took it into the dealer and they found that some type of internal switch has been inadvertently turned off.
