I went in for servicing and the service manager wrecked my car on the parking lot by hitting another customer's car. They offered to fix my car, but refused to pay the entire amount for the diminished value of my car. Horrible customer service from the service manager as well as the store owner, Dave Genetti.

Visited a couple of months ago and traded in my finances Toyota yaris. Picked up a new Toyota carolla. The sales team is on top of their games, no hassle and no pressure to buy. Really can't say how friendly everyone we spoke to was. In the months since we have had the car serviced and have been impressed with all the techs. Missed the owners event tonight but look foward to the next one.

My husband and I both are extremely please with Ronnie Marrow, our Sales person. He was friendly and extremely helpful with helping us get the Toyota Rava4. He saw I really wanted a SUV. We went for a Test drive, and with a woman driving, he was completely at ease. Most sales persons are not.
He even saw my crazy sense of humour also.He wanted me in this ca as much as I wanted myself in it. He was not "Pushy" out on the lot. He let us tell him what we wanted in a car. When we told him, he was able to help us with what we wanted. He did not try to talk us into another car or SUV.
Please don't let Mr.Marrow leave Henderson Toyota. if you do, you will be making a big mistake. Most Sales people are pushy and try to talk you into something you want, but NOT Mr.Marrow. He is so helpful and kind. he is a Good Christain person who believes in treating you fair and helping you get into the vehicle you want. He will do you right.

Fast friendly service. Shopped online, went into dealership, was told online vehicle was sold. (Disappointed) was shown another vehicle at a much higher price. Bought 2013 Corolla and enjoying it.

I would recommend this dealership for many reasons. For one, the customer service is fabulous! It goes without saying that the customer is without a doubt the priority. Toyota of Henderson does not look at possible customers as money signs, more like friends. This is the second time I have had a business transaction with this dealership and I am extremely pleased with the manner in which they conduct business. I absolutely love my new car and could not be happier with my experiences at Toyota of Henderson. I would recommned this dealership as well as Ron and Bryan!

We used the internet to search for the perfect Camry. We found a car we liked at Toyota of Henderson on their website. We inquired and were immediately contacted by the Internet Manager James Moody. James was very responsive and even took a video of the interior of the car and emailed to us. We emailed James and told him we we making the hour drive to the dealership and he said he would have the car up front ready for a test drive. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ronnie Marlow. James came out and explained Ronnie would be assisting us. The car was ready as James said it would be. We arrived late in the day but you would never know it was approaching closing time by the way we were treated. Ronnie took time to go over all the features of the vehicle and was very courteous. After driving the new Camry we began the negotiating process. At no time did we feel preasured or uncomfortable. I am very satisfied with the trade in allowance and price we paid for the new vehicle. What a great experience. Well worth the drive. Thanks to the Toyota of Henderson Team for treating us so good!
