Been going here since I found them at the old building. Everyone hates going to dealerships for service. This one however, could change your view. Always helpful, always get you what you need. Sure there are times you go in for an oil change, and things are found. Even then they will take you down to the shop to see it for your self, just ask. Atmosphere is excellent, even if you just want to hang out and wait. Even their call center is top notch. More
Switch from Kirkland to Michaels Bellevue I was a long time customer in Kirkland. My wonderful Service Advisor was fired...due to a small issue I understand. Since that time, I have been given different Service Advisor's each time. All seemed to be new and not experienced at all. I completely lost faith and trust in this dealership and I switched to Michaels of Bellevue and have been very satisfied. I understand the Service Advisor got hired at the Everett Toyota...however, that is too far for me to travel for Service Appointments. More

two bad experience on sale and service I had airbag recall, and scheduled an appointment. After 3 times of verification to make sure that the airbag can be replaced, I went to the dealer I had airbag recall, and scheduled an appointment. After 3 times of verification to make sure that the airbag can be replaced, I went to the dealer for the appointment. I was told that the dealer has the parts but they will not replace on my car, because it should be 2011 or earlier and my car is 2012. What! If the dealer can not replace the airbag, why schedule the appointment at the first place, and verify the appointment two days before the appointment by phone and e-mail? The dealer's service is not there at all, and values customer's time and effort for nothing. When my son in law tried to buy a highlander XLE moths ago, I suggest this dealer in Kirkland. He went and came back with bad experience with the sales man. He ended buy the car from Toyota dealer in Lake city. More
