I genuinely have nothing but good things to say about Toyota of Melbourne and more specifically, Mick Fields!! This is the second car I’ve purchased from Toyota of Melbourne. Mick listened and wrote down Toyota of Melbourne and more specifically, Mick Fields!! This is the second car I’ve purchased from Toyota of Melbourne. Mick listened and wrote down everything I was looking for and my current situation after being hit in my first car and dealing with insurance. Mick not only understood my situation, what I was looking for, and what my price range was, he worked with me to get me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful! We did everything over the phone, and I drove there and picked up my new car. Just to put this in perspective, I drove HOURS from where I live to Toyota of Melbourne for the SECOND time now because of Mick! I genuinely had a really good experience working with Mick! On my visit to Toyota of Melbourne Ben Murray helped me out a lot. He spent a lot of time with me answering questions. Had an appointment with Pedro Rodriguez to buy a car. I have tried dealing with them for over 10 years on various vehicles, everytime I do they shorted me on my trade in and over priced there vehicles with addendums. Ive always been able to negotiate a be various vehicles, everytime I do they shorted me on my trade in and over priced there vehicles with addendums. Ive always been able to negotiate a better deal else where at any of the near toyota dealerships sometimes saving close to 10k for a 40k vehicle. They have no integrity and wont give you fair trade for anything. I intentionally goto other dealers for service because there department always damages something during routine maintenance. If you have to get a toyota go somewhere else, they dont care, the service sucks and they dont even give a fair deal. Haha i hadnt dealt with them for years and the blocked my ip recently, so that gives you some insight on there ability to respect future and past customers. If you want to save money and frustration dont go here ever. More
