Customer service is extremely important to me, no matter what I'm buying. Well, let me tell you, Reddie Henderson exemplifies great customer service. Never have I been treated so well at any dealership before. And believe me, I've walked out of many dealerships thinking that there's got to be a better way. But then I was referred to Reddie Henderson. And I must say, he was the best recommendation I ever received. Reddie's very honest, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The best part is that every staff member I dealt with at Toyota of Muncie was like this. Absolutely AMAZING!! I'm almost scared to go back fearing that it was all a in my head. So I have been to several dealers. In fact I had been to this dealership before. I feel as though I need a sales man who is going to give me the facts and not lie to me. After the ice and snow storm of January '11 our car, a 2000 Ford Taurus, had a fuse light out in the car, the windows would not work, and the windshield wipers would not turn on. He did not try to force the issue, but let me make up my own mind and was there to answer any questions. I really like the "laid back" atmosphere. No fuss, no muss buying.
