My Review Of Toyota of Naperville:
This is the second car we purchased from Toyota of Naperville, facilitated by the same customer service representative, Nadeem Mirza, and finance manager, Suha Oner.
If you want to buy a great car at a great price and have an equally great experience while doing it, you cannot go wrong with the team at Toyota of Naperville. We we impressed from start to finish by the dealership's presentation (beautiful building), selection, and the fast and thoroughly professional buying experience from sales, through finance, and delivery.
They go out of their way to make you feel at all times like you are in the driver's seat (pun intended). At no point do they subject you to some of the "classic" dealership tactics such as the waiting game, baiting, or pressure capitalizing on your need to purchase. During our most recent experience, we walked in and were driving out in our new Camry in about two hours, flat.
Perhaps most impressive is that our two purchases were made under two different personal financial circumstances separated by two years, one better than the other. This made little difference to the team at Toyota of Naperville (at least from the customer's perspective): these guys will still go to bat for you all out and, if there is a way to make the deal happen in a way that works for you, they *will* get it done.
It's also worth mentioning that they have one of the most comfortable, integrated, and well-appointed vehicle service facilities; the drive-in bay is so spacious it feels like a small aircraft hangar. We have also had nothing but a first-rate experience from every service engagement.
Bottom line: they have earned our business and respect as customers for life, and deservedly so.
