Sales person Jacob Basathia is the most accommodating individual to see you receive exactly what you want and makes the entire sales process smooth and you know that you will be leaving in the vehicle that you want---Jacob makes sure that you will be able to drive away that same day with license plate and registration card in the vehicle of your dreams. Others are also helpful in the sales process like the finance manager (Kal) who explains the different packages available and no pressure is placed on the buyer to take something you do not want. The service dept is also outstanding with a large comfortable waiting area and knowledgeable service advisors like Mike Gervais to assist you and move the waiting process along as quickly as possible.

This was our first time dealing with Toyota of Naperville. Our previous cars since 2003 have been Acuras.
They have a very nice clean showroom and were very hospitable.
Our primary salesperson, Nadeem was great. Seemed very knowledgeable of the features of the Toyota Avalon Touring that we leased.
The actual transaction process went smoothly - the entire purchase transaction and car walk-thru only took about 2 hours.

Went into dealership with specific vehicle in mind. Met with Jacob who helped me order the specific model, equipped the way I wanted as nothing available within 1000 miles (they looked). Introduced me to Peter who presented a very agreeable price and I signed off on the deal. They kept me informed of the vehicle's progress as it was built and let me know the day it came in. Closed on the order in a few hours (including financing). All and all, a very smooth transaction. Jacob went out of his way to answer any questions we might have on the vehicle and the process as we went forward. Even arranged for a long-duration (several hours) test drive to help my wife and I really experience the vehicle before purchase (some dealerships give you the "four right turns" test drive).
I came to this specific dealership as I have a long-term relationship with different dealership Dan Wolf (owner) also owns. That is a top-down approach that he drives thru to all his staff and their activities The staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I needed them in the past. .
