My Review of Toyota of Naperville:
One of the most pleasant buying experiences ever. Picked out a Camry Hybrid. Salesman was very knowledgeable and patient. Loved the car the salesman showed me, but wanted in a different color. Figuring it would take weeks to get the exact model in the exact color I was pleasantly surprised when the sales manager told me the car would be available the very next day. Financing was low pressure and quick. My salesman Todd explained all the features and accessories.
Every experience I've had with the dealer's service department was equally pleasant and convenient.
Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking for a new Toyota.

My Review of Toyota of Naperville:
I found a car online at this dealership and decided to stop in to take it for a test drive. Prior to my arrival I did a quick look at Edmunds.com to validate the price of the car and discovered that the difference between what they had listed and the "sticker" price was ~$9,000. The salesman was nice (although he left me sitting there alone for about 15 minutes at one point) and did allow me to take the vehicle home to have my wife drive it as it would be her new car. When I came back I was confronted with a kbb.com price which was $7K more than Edmunds.com but still $2K+ less than the sticker. There were several problems with the vehicle as well, which they stated they would resolve, but yet they still checked the price based on an "Excellent" rating. Bottom line is this, I felt like I was in the most stereo-typical used car buying experience ever in my life and am not likely to ever return to the dealership to buy a new OR used vehicle.

My Review of Toyota of Naperville:
This dealership called me and told me they had a 2010 Prius if I wanted it, I told them I did. Before I could come into the dealership they sold the care. To make matters worse Mr O'Brien thought it was ok to barade me verbally when I questioned his professionalizim and way he does business.
We purchased our last Prius from Toyota of Naperville and thought we would at least be treated like the cared, I WAS WRONG
If possible buy from ANY Toyota dealership other than this one.

My Review of Toyota of Naperville:
I had a very good experience purchasing a 2009 Camry Hybrid recently from this dealer, mainly due to the fine salesmanship displayed by Tod. What we liked about the experience: He wasn't pushy, respected me and my husband, and expertly led us through the fine points of this car.
More Pros:
This dealership has its own driving range a block away, an impressive feature.
Tod gave us his cellphone#, just in case we need his help. He followed-up the day after to check on us.

My Review of Toyota of Naperville:
Went looking for a Camry hybrid. Incentives were on for '09 models. Took out a fully loaded Camry for a test drive. Started cruching numbers for a lease, too high. Backed down to a lease program special (advertised @ $359 a month) only it started out at $499 a month. Sent the salesman back 3 times to get the terms where it should be. When I came to an impasse, I showed the salesman the promo on Toyota's website. AHHH! A light went off! As soon as the sales mgr. found out I knew what they knew terms were agreed. I still waited 2 hours to get the paperwork processed and I'm top tier credit. After the deal was made, I inquired why I had to jump through the hurdles and the salesman just smirked. He's young, though. Other than that, they had exactly what I wanted in stock. Service was excellent, although somewhat slow. I showed up because Toyota sent me a $500 coupon. If I am in the market for another Toyota, I would definitely stop back at Toyota of Naperville again.

My Review of Toyota of Naperville:
I took car in for 60K mile service that included tire rotation on 4/17/2009
Wheel Alignment service performed on 5/7/2009 but first action was to rotate tires and charge my wife for it.
Called up and asked why service history was not checked to realize that after 1300 miles tire rotation was unnecessary. Completely skated around service history question and stated: Well I asked your wife!
Ridiculous!

My Review of Toyota of Naperville:
I bought my vehicle new from Toyota of Naperville. My 05 Highlander had a front differential leak at 42,000 miles. They had it for a month. It shows on the bill that they replaced gaskets on the transfer case. Now at 65,000 miles, it is leaking again but they state that they never touched that area. It is clear that the silicone is fresh and that they did. They offered no assistance other than to waive the $53 diagnostic fee and quote me a $1,900 repair job to reseal the transfer case. When I questioned them about the $53 fee, they told me that it is a standard charge just as one goes to a doctor and pays a fee. I asked them why they had not disclosed that at the time I scheduled the appt and her response was, "Didn't you ask?" Toyota Corp offered me $500 toward the purchase of a new vehicle but they said since it is out of warranty, no help otherwise. I am dissatified with my experience and the fact that they lied to me about the work they did.

My Review of Toyota of Naperville:
I am laughing my butt off if Toyota of Naperville or Dan Wolfe thinks that I would referr anyone to them! Mr. Gentile is currently in trouble with Winnebago County for repeated phone harassment to my wife who was not on the contract of the sales of the car.. One month after I purchased the vechile, I discovered that Mr. Gentile committed Fraud upon signing the contract.. When I called the dealership on their game, the harassing phone calls where directed at my wife!
