New Car Purchase My wife and I had called about a new car purchase. We spoke to Malia who suggested that we bring our vehicle in to see what a trade would be worth. My wife and I had called about a new car purchase. We spoke to Malia who suggested that we bring our vehicle in to see what a trade would be worth. I did this and then went over some figures with Malia. After this I went home to lay these out to my wife. Being the shrewd individual she is, and doing some further research we came up with a number that we could afford. Calling Malia back we went over our offer with her, and she said she would speak with appropriate persons. Later she called to tell us that our offer had been accepted which we were a bit surprised with. Over all working with Malia and Bill made the purchase a good one especially as the final numbers were better than we had offered by a good deal. This was icing on the cake, and both Malia and Bill were a pleasure to work with. This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Charles Mound, and we would highly recommend this dealership. More

In January Steve Soskins helped my wife and me find a great 2013 Corolla, after we thought all 2013 Corollas were gone. Not oly did he find us a very nice car but he got us better financing then the bes great 2013 Corolla, after we thought all 2013 Corollas were gone. Not oly did he find us a very nice car but he got us better financing then the best offers the credit unions in Austin had. He was very helpful and knowdegable about Toyotas and explained all their guarantees and maintenance programs. We can truthfully say he is the person you should see about a new Toyota as my wife and I have both been buying new cars for over 50 years each and both agree this was our best experience yet in purchsing a new car.
