I had a horrible experience with a dealership (Chevy) a few months ago. The thought of needing to buy a car was terrible. I liked him instantly on the phone, through emails and even better in person. Funny part was I texted him asking if the car was automatic...old lady tired of shifting, after I put a hold on it.. Duh! His surprised reply "Of Course". He was very so helpful, buying a car today 5/9/2024 turned out to be a fun experience. My daughter and I LOVED the used 2020 Toyota, though it still has more tech than I will ever need. I did get a manual for dummy's,, just kidding.
