Recently, I visited the Toyota of Plano dealership to have scheduled maintenance done. On arrival, I was greeted and asked the time of my appointment. I was told to leave the car and wait inside. In a couple of minutes, Jayce, the Service Representative met me and explained what maintenance would be carried out and told me the car would be ready in an hour. As promised, it was ready in an hour and Jayce explained everything that was done and asked if I had any questions. On the whole a very pleasant experience.
