Looks like this place is getting back to the old-school way of service writers. I like when a service writer will physically come to you, letting you know what needs to be done face to face. Didn't have the car we wanted. Nearest dealer that did was out of state. Had to fly there, and drive the car back. Took it in to Toyota of Plano for a small warranty issue. The Nearest dealer that did was out of state. Had to fly there, and drive the car back. Took it in to Toyota of Plano for a small warranty issue. They admitted it was a warranty repair. Was told to take it up with the dealer we bought it from. So we have to drive out of state for warranty service on a Toyota? Guess the warranty is only good at the selling dealer. More
