Subpar experience I came in because my lease was ending and I wanted to purchase my vehicle. They shot my info out to Toyota Financial Services and no other bank. Service Dept. knows nothing about Service We almost bought our Prius from this dealership until their sales manager tried to scam us by saying that the car we wanted didn't qualify for the Cos We almost bought our Prius from this dealership until their sales manager tried to scam us by saying that the car we wanted didn't qualify for the Costco car buying program (he didn't know we already had it in writing that it was). When we confronted him with it he then stammered and said he just forgot. We literally walked out and went to another dealer and bought it that afternoon. So fast forward a year and we decided we'd give them a second chance and made an at for service. When we arrived there dervice rep had no idea how long it might take. When I called 4 hours later to get an update, there was nobody available to answer my question. I tried again about 20 minutes later and the same problem plus this time the phone receptionist was rude. Avoid this dealership like the plague. More

Great customer care I dropped off my vehicle with an estimated time of 90 mins service time. I was planning on either walking to Lloyd center to do some last miniature Ch I dropped off my vehicle with an estimated time of 90 mins service time. I was planning on either walking to Lloyd center to do some last miniature Christmas shopping and then noticed the rain. Angie was so kind and told me they offer uber pick up and drop off. I was beyond surprised. I was picked up from the service center and dropped off at the mall. My car took the 90 mins they stated and text me to let me know it was done. They also ordered an uber to come pick me up and drop me back off to pickup my vehicle. They did a great job! More
