We had put money down with our local dealer (we live in Central Washington) and ordered a 2024 RAV4. Upon arrival, for our trade-in, they offered us $7,000 less than the car’s value (I did careful research Central Washington) and ordered a 2024 RAV4. Upon arrival, for our trade-in, they offered us $7,000 less than the car’s value (I did careful research and knew exactly). We cancelled our order. I called Alicia at Toyota of Portland and over the phone completed the entire transaction! She offered a full $6,000 more than our local dealer and had the identical RAV4 in stock. Alicia then found us an interest rate a full percentage point below what we had found. Alicia was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. I’ve already shared her name and our good experience with multiple friends. I know they’ll be pleased! In the not to distant future, I intend to buy a new pickup (I’ve had four Tundras) and Alicia is the person I’ll deal through. More

Unfortunately I’ve had multiple negative encounters here. The first was an overzealous salesman. There was an error on the car fax report for our trade in (they told us it would have to go to auction and could only give us less than half its value) and kept pushing us to purchase a new car. We let him know we needed to fix the error before continuing but he kept pushing for a sale. The next encounter, I communicated via text about our budget for a new vehicle and what we were interested in. Two different sales members told me they had plenty of what we were looking for and to come in. Having a toddler makes it difficult for me to spend hours at a dealership. I expressed that and was told I wouldn’t be wasting my time. I asked for them to send me a few options and I could come in if there was something I was interested in. They sent over options and all the cars sent were $12-15k over the budget. I sent over a used one I liked and said I like this but again my budget is “x”. They then made a snarky comment that he couldn’t get me a $13,000 discount. Really unfortunate because I just purchased a new highlander at another dealership and will now have two Toyotas that I will for sure service elsewhere. More
This is the worst dealership. Expensive oil changes, ignorance with pending campaign recalls, and they no longer offer Lyft rides anymore. They noticed my skid plate hanging and they skimped and did not replace two missing bolts even though my truck is well under warranty. What a joke of. Dealership. Avoid st all costs. Oh and they still have outrageous markups on new vehicles! Pure greed! More
I had an amazing experience at their service department. Andrew Blaine was incredible to work with regarding my issue. I would recommend this dealership over and over again. Andrew Blaine was incredible to work with regarding my issue. I would recommend this dealership over and over again. More
As a father, I co-signed on the purchase of my 20yo daughter's first car with a large down payment and private financing. They sat on the finance paperwork for so long (months), the loan expired. When daughter's first car with a large down payment and private financing. They sat on the finance paperwork for so long (months), the loan expired. When we re-applied, rates had gone up, costing us an extra $500+ over the life of the loan. What did they teach my 20yo about major purchases? 1. Salesmen and finance associates are complacent, lack attention to detail, and can't be trusted to do what they say. 2. The peace of mind one hopes for when working with "pros" and spending this kind of money - don't expect it. Did they treat my daughter as they would treat their own? The most unnecessarily protracted car buying experience of my 50 years on this planet. J.F. More
I’m just adding my complaint about waiting an unreasonable amount of time even though I made an appointment. It took over three+ hours for an oil change and service check. Just lied through the whole process. Young salesman (Brandon) sent me through the whole buying process. 2hrs needed 2 more signatures. Why, they wanted me to buy a car they didn’t have. Young salesman (Brandon) sent me through the whole buying process. 2hrs needed 2 more signatures. Why, they wanted me to buy a car they didn’t have. I was there to put 1K to hold it. He new it there was no misunderstanding. Yet he put me through the whole process. SOB’s also want 500 bucks for gps tracking incase the car is stolen from their lot. They say it’s for your benefit. Isn’t that’s what auto insurance is for. I’m sure my credit took a hit because of this xxxxxxxx More

Dropped my car off for a tune up at 7:45. He pulled up some tire options and helped me pick one out. He said it’d be 3-4 hours. I got a call at 1:27pm. They send a Lyft for me. Through talking with the Lyft driver, I realized I didn’t order a wheel, and just having a tire wasn’t going to help me if I’m in the middle of nowhere. When I got to the dealership, I apologized to the service tech and told him I didn’t want just the tire. He seemed annoyed, but I was also annoyed that he didn’t tell me about the wheel, or help me think this through when I told him what I wanted the spare for. He told me to wait while they took the tire out of my trunk. When I was helped again, it was a different guy. I asked why and he said they were behind on lunch breaks. As we’re finishing up, the original service tech comes back to his station helping another customer. Neither of them would look me in the eye. The whole experience felt like I was being milked for all I’m worth, with little to no actual customer service from people who don’t seem to care about people and lack communication skills. I ended up spending $300 dollars for a 25,000 tune up. What?! The original tech told me I wouldn’t need a synthetic oil change for my hybrid for 10,000 miles, and then the sticker they put for my next service is in 5,000 miles. Soooo I know the message is going to read “contact the dealership” in few months and I won’t be able to remove it from the message center until I go. I feel like generally I’m an easy target for salesmen, but this service was so bad that even I could see it. Either the employees are severely overworked/underpaid, or lack little knowledge about their job or both. More
