My car seemed to b running kinda funny so I checked the paper work, and Mr. McDonald did a 5,000mile check up not a 50,000mile service like I asked for so many times that my friend that was with me made fun of me by asking me 'are u sure they know what u want' over and over all day. I guess I should've said it 2 dozen times, I don't know if it's cuz I'm a woman or if they think they know better then everybody, but he repeated 50,000mile service to me before and after they did the work. He even told me when I asked about the oil change that I didn't need one, my car hasn't had an oil change in 19,000miles now thx to him, I don't know what it's gonna cost me to fix this but I won't b going to a Toyota dealership to get the work done cuz unfortunately this is not the first dealership I've been screwed over at, I will never buy a Toyota again, not after what Doxon Toyota did to me (and I didn't even tell u what they did) and Renton Toyota. I'll b buying a Ford soon, very soon. More

I would never recommend anyone to do business with this dealer. We worked out a deal (after they pulled credit) and had all financing in place and agreed upon. Once it was all in place I asked if I need to put a deposit on it before we did our hour and half drive. They had stated no. We arrive to find another could looking at the vehicle. We spoke to our sales person and as far as we were told we were getting the paperwork ready. While we waited( over an hour) the couple took the car on a test drive. We watched them leave and come back while we were still waiting. About 15 minutes after they returned we were told they were buying the car. We asked how did that happen. We were told the manager wanted the deal to go to their top salesmen. We had asked to speak to the manager John lovely or something like that. We were told he was on a phone call an couldn’t talk. This was them most upsetting part. Not that we didn’t get the vehicle but that the manager was too much of a coward to come out and face the 23 year veteran he just screwed over. More

I got a brand new Tacoma in mid-November. on December 21st, I started my car, turned the defrost on high, and waited for the ice on my winshield to melt. I saw a little Starburst crack form, then suddenly splinter out in both directions to form a 2-foot crack across my winshield. Renton Toyota couldn't care less. They treated me like an idiot, and explained over and over how winshield cracks form. They insisted there was previous damage, which there ABSOLUTELY not. I had just checked every window on my vehicle the day before after going on a long drive in bad weather. One guy even had the audacity to tell me the damage must have been "microscopic." Infuriating. Damage so small it is invisible to the human eye should not cause a brand new winshield to crack. Rather than filing a warranty claim or standing behind their product in any way, they chose to insist that I was lying and tell me I should have bought their (exorbitantly priced) winshield insurance. This was absolutely a factory defect, and now I have to pay out of pocket for a new winshield. They also would not bring manager out to speak to me when I asked. DO NOT lease or buy a car from this dealer. They are rude, condescending, and do not care about customers the second you sign on the dotted line. More

Thanks Toyota of Renton and thanks Peter Hubris My names Ryan. Told my self I wouldn't buy new. After Peter Hubris helped my girlfriend a month ago with her 2018 Toyota RAV4, she couldn't stop ravin My names Ryan. Told my self I wouldn't buy new. I was curious and I wanted to see how competitive the pricing was in comparison with the classifieds and other dealers. Couldn't be beat. Not only will Peter give you a competitive price, Peter will make sure you're informed and as comfortable as can be throughout the entire process. Today, I also came to buy a 2018 Toyota RAV4. My ankles dislocated so I came in crutches. It was busy but that didn't stop him from helping me move everything over from my old car, including a Thule. Nothing to say but good things working with Peter. His desk is to the far left back corner towards the window if you're looking for him. Haven't worked with any other of the staff, but I'm sure you can't go wrong here. More

Promised checks not done. Lying and arrogant employee. Required checks that are supposed to be done with oil change were skipped (car wash, tire pressure check, tire rotation). "We agree to disagree" these were the last words from him before leaving to his desk. And this will be my last visit to this shop. More
