In an environment where most places want to recommend services that are not necessary, it’s nice to trust a dealership that doesn’t believe in that. I bought my truck at a different dealer but get consta services that are not necessary, it’s nice to trust a dealership that doesn’t believe in that. I bought my truck at a different dealer but get constant cold calls to ask if I need any service. It’s because of this, I only trust my truck to Rockwall Toyota and Mick Schott. Mick has always been honest and let’s me know if I can hold off on a service but also let’s me know any consequences of holding out and how long before it can become an issue. Mick is always professional and polite. He treats me as an equal and not an inexperienced individual. If I state I can take care of a service on my own, he will recommend the best product to buy. Rockwall Toyota is the best! More
