Car Deal from xxxx!!! Went in to get a 2018 Camry, used my Chevy as trade-in..Didn't leave with my paperwork, picked up said paperwork 2 1/2 weeks later, found some documen Went in to get a 2018 Camry, used my Chevy as trade-in..Didn't leave with my paperwork, picked up said paperwork 2 1/2 weeks later, found some documents missing and a 3000. Service Warranty added. Found out 4 weeks later my deal was not complete but my trade had been sent auction and sold. Barry the DM refused to contact me until I asked for owner's information. I was told to return the Camry and they would locate my vehicle and title which I could pick up at a later date. Threatened with them have someone pick up the Camry if I didn't willing bring it back. At 6 weeks told they found my vehicle and got it back and they expect me to take back my vehicle which someone has been in possession of for weeks. I will file a complaint with BBB and everyone else I possibly can. Did I forget to mention, I have a signed contract. They are shady, underhanded bullies. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH TOYOTA ROCKWALL!!!! More
