From the moment I arrived to when my car was finished, Carl was courteous and professional. He let me know the status of my car and made sure I didn't have any questions. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased here and Carl is one of the reasons why. When I don't understand how to program my new vehicle or if a message or light comes on that I don't understand, if I call Carl he will help me fix the problem over the phone or let me know if I need to bring my car in.
