Dealership Rip-off My Prius needed the splash guard replaced which consists of two plastic pieces together with clips and screws. The dealership's estimate: $300 for parts plus $100 for installation! I took their detailed estimate and found certified Toyota parts online. Toyota of Stamford had marked each and every part up by a minimum of 100%. I expected to pay a little more at the dealership and if it were for something where quality was critical, that'd be OK, but this was a piece of plastic. This is a good example of why I don't trust dealerships. More

Hello we are a long time Toyota customer for years for our 2007 Corolla which we brought there we love our car and still have good gas mileage there. we just had our car service there last week and the total bill was $1000.00 we needed two hubcaps we wanted to buy my husband was told that was going to cost us $118.0 each what kind of deal is that after paying a large amount on service and you wanted to charge us for each we only needed Two!! we ended up going to a other place for our hub caps. we been using Toyota for years.
