This place has made my life miserable since last october. Paid way too much for a 2021 Corolla went back in A couple days later to purchase a 2024 because it was basically the same price. One sales person told us we had to drive it for 6 months before we could trade it in then.Another salesman said we could go ahead and get the 2024. By the time they had added on market adjustment warranties and everything else I owed THIRTY EIGHT 38! THOUSAND dollars for a corolla. In January I was able to contact the accounting foe Morgan Auto Group to get a partial refund for one of the warrantees they sold me. I have spent the past 2 weeks working with their finance and basically have been given the run around. I was told that I could purchase a used vehicle without the extra $3000 power train warranty.As soon as they found out I had trade in that they had offered 26k for they renigged. During this time we put 1700 miles on the car which they depreciated the value of the trade in down the 25k. depreciation per mile is supposed to be around 10 cents a mile. Basically, any solution that I had to try to reconcile this insane amount of negative equity i was in with them, they squashed.They were gonna screw me out of more money no matter what. Blame it on the banks if you want but bad business ethics are bad business ethics. I will take every opportunity I can to prevent this from happening to anyone else by this dealership. More
