Said he got me great deals from SunTrust bank. Recently looked on his facebook page and there it is in blank and white. SunTrust is the worst bank ever. How am I supposed to trust the ppl at Toyota? Best part is he got rewarded for misleading customers like me. They made him used car manager! Will never do business with Toyota again and would advise those customers who did business with John Muir to take a second look at their deal. More

Johnny De Micco is one great sales person, 5 stars all the way around. I was looking to help my sister buy a car. I told Johnny I had a fixed amount my sister could spend since she was retired. Johnny was very knowledgeable, polite an took allot of time with me. For 2 days we talked on the phone back and forth. Then they sold the car my sister wanted. Johnny said he had another just like it, different color and a little lower price. He would do the same deal we were discussing.I even got a call from Tim Willingham the dealership manager and how they wanted to make something work for us. Well we went over and that is when the fun really started. We met Tim and Johnny and both were very personable, not pushy at all. Johnny took a great deal of time with us, answering all of our questions and assuring us of everything in the deal.When it was all said and done, my sister actually paid a little less than she wanted which allowed her to get the extended 7 year warranty. Again another pleasant surprise. If you want a TRUE 5 star sales person and a 5 star no hassle, fun few hours buying a car, Toyota of Tampa Bay is the place to go....... Would buy another car there again today if I need one. More

poor service resolution Collision dept just ripped off customers. They do not care about customers, or warranty, they just care about monies. Customer care is not in their vocabulary....they don't do a good painting job, and they do not back it up........Collision dept need to be reviewed closer.....bad influence for Toyota....I being toyota fun for 40 yrs.....today my bad experience with above dept changed my mind....
