The Dealership replied the next day. They were apologetic and very professional. Both the GM and his person who monitors reviews called me. I was offered , I felt, more than my current problem justified nor did I accept. I wrote this response as I wanted to be fair and say again Toyota responded quickly, were professional and apologetic.
