My Review of Trapp Cadillac Chevrolet:
What can I say? I went to Trapp looking at the New Sonic that recently came out. I was looking for a affordable car that would get me great gas mileage and be the first car that I purchase. I recently last year started my own business and with help of my family they purchased me a used Ford Ranger (Which I hated and loved at same time), but with gas prices rising and with future work coming into the picture, that would make me have to drive to Lake Charles.

It was time for something I wanted. I wanted something that was original and to my liking. I wanted to also find a way to build my credit. I spoke with Mr. Reece at the dealership looking at the Chevy Sonic in Hatchback and Sedan form. I be honest the rear of the hatchback I hated. But the Color I loved. Looking at the sedan I love the design of the car.. Just wanted the Same Color as the hatchback. Metallic Orange.

After talking, asking about different things with Mr. Reece. I knew then that this was my best choice. I didn't feel pressured, I felt amazed that he got the car I wanted in less than 24 hours, and made this dream of mine amazing.

Tommy also understood that I could by the car outright but, because I am 23 years old and dont have a credit score that I wanted to build that credit. Tommy helped me get a amazing interest rate that wouldn't kill my bank and help me on my way.

The only problem is when I wanted to put a down Payment. It seem like for that 45 minutes that they didn't want my money.

But now everything is good and I have the Car of my dreams!

I used the reviews from this website to find a salesperson I wanted to deal with, since this was my first Cadillac purchase from Trapp. I asked for Chris Benoit because of his length of time at Trapp and his positive reviews. I didn't want someone who just started with Trapp and may be gone next time I need another purchase or service on this one. Chris was GREAT. He took care of every detail and request, and did so faster than any dealership I have ever done business with. Chris was not pushy, he knew his products and helped me analyze every option. He worked hard to get me the best deal. I checked around and he DID get me the best deal. Great Job Chris!!

Great sales person. Great atmosphere. Everyone was very accommodating. They took me seriously and listened to everything that I wanted and gave me exactly what I was asking for. Treated me like I was the only customer there, when they were actually extremely busy. Apologized if I had to wait. Overall greatly satisfied. Chris Benoit is great as well as the financial rep Randy.

My Review of Trapp Cadillac Chevrolet:
We're a young family from Gonzales, LA with very limited credit history. We tried just about every dealership in and around Gonzales with no luck. I was very hesitate when we were referred to Trapp Cadillac Chevrolet by a family member. Why would we drive two hours just to get the same run around as we're getting from dealerships in our area? We talked about it, and decided to give it a try anyways. It paid off! We weren't expecting to drive off the lot with anything but our 2006 Pontiac G6 but instead of the normal run around Robert and the rest of the Trapp family went out of their way to make our trip worth it we drove off the lot in a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze! I recommend Robert and Trapp Cadillac Chevrolet to anyone and everyone. I can't even begin to thank them enough.

after the car was tuned-up, the car ran worse. the repair shop had no interest in fixing the problem, the were more concerned with me leaving than trying to fix the problem. I can not believe that this dealship has scored a 4.9 out of 5. Sounds like some of the reviews were made up.

When I walked onto the lot, I was only looking to get an idea of what was available in my price range. I was not necessarily even planning on test driving that evening, but Todd and was so friendly and laid back that I didn't feel pressured. I pretty much made my decision that night and closed the deal a couple days later. Todd and the entire sales team were so helpful and pleasant to work with throughout my experience! I will definitely be returning to Trapp for service and for future purchases, and highly recommend them.

Seen car on Internet, contacted dealer with questions. They answered questions promptly and set up viewing time. Worked with us on price. When our financing did not work out they were able to set up financing at same rate. We were in and out in a matter of a couple hours.
