I visited this dealerships website and not only was the Internet Manager nice, but when I finally did come in, everyone there was nice also. Down from the salesmen to the top manager were very courteous and understood my every need. I loved my experience here and would definitely visit again!!!

My Review of Trapp Chevrolet:
I was treated very Rude told that I was stupid did not want to take an out of state service contract. They Broke more than they fixed once I was done with them My window motor was broken along with the AC I would recomend Driving 20 min to dantin chevy they treat the customer good even if you did't by the car from them. I will never go back to this place.

My Review of Trapp Chevrolet:
Refused to accept prepaid service contract purchased from an authorized Chevy dealer. This contract was honored by Chevy dealers in VA, FL and AL. Chevrolet customer service agreed that it was a poor customer service practice and apologized for the behavior of their local agent. They recommended I treat this as an isolated incident and to keep Chevrolet in mind on my next purchase.
