Marcello was excellent in showing us the care; sale nearly lost by Artie not willing or able to have sales conversation in a calm manner; sale rescued by Elaine who was wonderful; Danny was very helpful and patient in explaining finance component of sale.

Not sure why Artie behaved the way he did; perhaps a bad day, or not comfortable selling to women? Not sure This was my same experience 10 years ago at this same dealership that lead to my purchase in 2003 of a Solara at a Palm Beach dealership. I wanted so much to make the purchase locally and support local business leaders and employees. Right after the Artie scene, we went to Fort Pierce and to WPB and shopped cars. It is only because Elaine called us (after our contact with AAA made the connection again with your dealership) and we chatted with her about our rather negative experience did she make things right.

Elaine is a rock star and knows how to communicate and get things done. I very much appreciate her.

This is my second Toyota Camry and Tommy met me with a great smile although we had not met before. We looked for the vehicle in the color I wanted (Barcelona Red) we discussed the extra service items available and then he turned me over to Scott Levitt, who explained all the options available as well as the financing. Both gentlemen were very professional and after signing all the documents, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Tommy had transferred all our personal belongings from thew old to the new car as well as my personalized licence plate and gate & garange opener.
Please give them my thanks, I have already made a similar survey for Toyota.

Elaine was the best sale woman! She made the long process of buying a car fun and exciting! She was familiar with the vehicle and wasn't pushy at all! Everyone else we came in contact with at the dealership was friendly as well! We were there on a Saturday and they even fed us a feast of burgers, chicken, hotdogs and sausages! I would highly recommend this dealership! Especially Elaine!

Our salesperson, Elaine Johnson, was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered in a professional manner and our test drive was very enjoyable. When it came time to make our purchase. Ms. Johnson never pressured us or hovered about. She simply provided us the necessary privacy needed to make our final decision, something we deeply appreciated. She asked us, "What price do we need to reach to make this deal happen?" Ms. Johnson took our offer to the sales manager and we were able to negotiate a wonderful price for our new car.

Our entire experience at Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart, beginning with the sales staff and ending with the finance specialist, was wonderful and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

We found a Highlander we were interested in on the dealer's website, and subsequently traded emails with Neville regarding its availability. My wife and I drove up on a Wednesday night to test drive the car, Neville was very helpful, courteous and answered all our questions. The next day I went back and we settled on a price and trade in value that I was happy with. The whole process was very professional, it was really an enjoyable experience purchasing from Traesure Coast.

Your internet manager John took the time to listen to me and answer questions, put me with a salesman Neville, and Danny helped with the rest.
I had called other dealer ships, such as Earl Stuart in West Palm, and received the run a round or they displayed a great disinterest in helping me.
I have sold Autos for 16 years in Indy and 10 of those selling Toyota.
This team went way past in customer service and sales, they deserve the very best rateing.

Outstanding customer service from the moment I got a response to my email to the time I drove off in my Toyota. What an experience.... Elaine Johnson, Internet sales, made my car buying experience first class. The staff at the dealership at Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart were professional, efficient,and took great care to insure that I got the car I wanted and at the best price. The sales person certainly knew what she was doing....no running back and forth. This is my 2nd Toyota and I know that it will not be my last.

Our Salesman Nelson Ramos did a fantastic job and made our experience very comfortable and pleasing. For purchase of new car: I was met by salesman Frank Killian & in all instances he was helpful, knowledgeable & co-operative. Although I changed my mind re the car I wanted several times, Frank remained committed to getting me the exact car I wanted and at a price that I understood and felt was fair. In all instances the salesman Frank, along with the Sales Manager & the Business Manager did their utmost to see that I received a fair deal. In fact, on the day that I was to take delivery of the vehicle the actual out the door price was even slightly less than I had been told. I have received follow up calls from both the dealership & the salesman (Frank Killian) to see that I am satisfied with the vehicle and to answer any questions that I might have.

I could not be more pleased with the service, price & vehicle that I bought through Treasure Coast Toyota. Never did I feel that I was being pushed or confused with the deal that was offered and certainly as a woman shopping for a car alone, that is tremendously important. After purchasing many cars over the years, I can honestly say that I have never felt that I have been treated more fairly. There was none of the fluctuating numbers or pressure that I have experienced in past car deals.

Inventory is great drove over 3 hours for Camry SE I wanted. traded 09 for an 11 on 2/9/13 my old 09 was finally paid for on 2/28 being that it was paid late finance company wanted an extra payment on the pay off. So because of this delay and over payment I was told that my 50 inch TV that I was promised was taken away and said the over payment had to come out of it. Mr. green was excellent with his phone customer service but as we arrived there he was to busy to help us and pushed another sales rep on us. Arty has tried to help on the TV deal but has said that he is only the sales manager and he is on the bottom of the to-tum poll. Mr.friend is the GM and I talked to him 1 time and he said he would get to the bottom of it, this was on 2/22 as of today 3/8 he has not contacted me back at all, and yes I have called him every day since 2/22 and he is to busy or not there.......RIGHT

I'm writing this review today in hopes and prayers that the owner will see and try to contact me because I'm SURE the owner does not approve of this type of business.
