Everytime I bring my vehicle in for service I always tell them from the start that I am only there for the service i requested and not to bother asking me about other services. The service people are really them from the start that I am only there for the service i requested and not to bother asking me about other services. The service people are really pushy as I was brought out of the waiting area 2 times telling me about other service that needed done. This is a waste of my time and the lady that was helping me. The service would go a lot faster and get completed if they didn't keep asking you about services that you already told them that you didn't want and then they have to relay this back to the mechanics assigned to your car. I always try to get there before they open so I can be first in line as who wants to spend their day off sitting in a dealership waiting for an oil change and tire rotation that should not take hours to complete. More

I’m a big fan of tristate Nissan! !! how ever I am disappointed with the experience I recieved , a week ago It was not demonstrated how to operate functions in car . I specifically asked about altimas because that is what I have(bought from tristate) and I LOVE it I don’t know if I made salesmen nervous ,it just wasn’t what I expected.I know I test drove the kicks and rogue but I didn’t feel comfortable asking to test drive other vehicles I know I have should have spoke up at the time of purchase but just really was . Now I have a car I don’t love Again just disappointed More
After my rather harsh but honest review last week concerning a safety inspection concern and ultimately getting a replacement part under warranty which I learned was offered by Martin, I wanted to le concerning a safety inspection concern and ultimately getting a replacement part under warranty which I learned was offered by Martin, I wanted to leave a second one. Long story short, the replacement part led to another issue in which I could not lock my doors manually. After some miscommunication during a phone call, the issue was fixed which I truly appreciate.
