Troiano refused to work on vehicle referred to other dealers I have a dodge grand caravan that has been in and out of their service department for 6 months with thousands in charges and is still not fixed. The service manager Andy "dodges" all calls and will not honor a lifetime warranty on a vehicle purchased from Troiano. They charge every time for mistakes which have not successfully fixed the car. They refused to service the vehicle anymore referring us to other dealers. Chrysler acknowledges they are a poor dealership. More

Excellent customer service I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Phil; who readily answered my questions and show I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. I advised Phil I had not reached a decision, and would contact him or he could call me in a week to follow-up. Phil followed up as he said he would, and in his low key manner, made me feel comfortable with the dealership. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, Phil was not working and I worked with Frank to finalize the sales price, trade-in value of my then current vehicle and financing options. Frank gets it done. We agreed upon a delivery date, etc., and when the time came, he and Phil were there and made sure everything went smoothly. I'm aware that many people find purchasing a vehicle difficult or intimidating. If you're one of them, I highly recommend you visit Phil and Frank to purchase your next car. They, along with the other employees I have dealt with since the purchase, including the service department (oil change), will make you feel comfortable with your decision. More

After seeing a vehicle listed on autotrader.com, I went to the dealership to and took the vehicle for a test drive. The price listed on autotrader was $18,995. He knew the most about the cars and packages relative to the salesmen at the other two locations. He also worked to find the car I wanted. I actually had a better deal at one of the other dealerships, but it was specifically for a car with options I just did not want. My feeling is that the dealership and Phil in particular will be there to help over the coming years. More

I called the dearlership around 3pm. Came in looking for a used car with price range. It was suggested to get us the best value for our money they suggested the new Avenger. Our trade wasn't the best and also with no money down it would be difficult for the banks to look at us. We worked the numbers ran home to get necessary papers and drove out with the vehicle around 7:30 that evening. The dealership worked hard and speedy in my opinion.
