Great customer service! As a longtime Ford and Toyota owner, Subaru was new for me. I was looking for a vehicle with great safety features, 6-cylinder engine, sporty looking and roomy storage. Tucson Subaru came recommended by a friend and Subaru receives great reviews from Consumer Reports. Ken Murch, Sales Consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on all of the Forester & Outback features. Not pushy but informative and patient. All the staff were cheerful and pleasant at this dealership and cars were readily accessible to sit in and drive. . After much comparison shopping I chose the 2017 Outback Ltd. I was told it would be available at the end of January but Ken was able to get it to me by January 9th. Tim in Finance was also very helpful in providing me with purchasing and warranty information. Ken was thorough in reviewing features so that I was comfortable driving away in it. He continued follow-up with phone calls and encouraging me to return for any concerns. I can truly say that NO other dealership (do you hear me Toyota dealerships in Tucson?) came close to the personal attention I felt I received from Ken and the dealership staff. Buying my first car under 100,000 miles! I would like to thank you for your time during my first purchase of my newest car. I felt like the process was fairly easy and I am very excited to ow I would like to thank you for your time during my first purchase of my newest car. I felt like the process was fairly easy and I am very excited to own a Suburu. This is my first purchase of a car under 140,000 miles. I have always had used cars that had a ton of miles on it and this is my first car that I am so proud of. I am now excited about my travel back to Austin, TX in my new ride. Spence was well educated on Suburu's and when he did not have an answer for me her would seek an appropriate person who did know the answer. I can appreciate that. This car was a HUGE purchase for me and I'm still letting it sink in that I have such a nice car and now a CAR PAYMENT but I know that I've made a good decision with my new Suburu Outback. More
