I was very nervous as it had been 12 years since I had purchased a vehicle and he was great about explaining the details and answering my questions. There was no pressure and it was a warm environment. Louie in the Finance Office was very friendly and good about explaining the financing and getting through the paperwork. I left feeling I had a great car and a great deal. Since I left Joe has been in contact with me a couple times asking if I had any questions about the car or the process. I would recommend Tucson Subaru to anyone looking for a new (or used) car. More

Of all the dealerships, Tucson Subaru was the friendliest, most informative, and direct. This was due in large part to our salesman, Trent Nichols. There was no back and forth negotiations about price like at the other dealerships. We told trent what we could finance and he gave us the model we could afford. In fact he arranged, with the help of Traci Roberts, a financial plan that gave us a car model one level above what we originally planned for only fifteen dollars more per month. And oh, by the way, our Subaru is one heck of a great car! More

He was do patient, showing me how to operate all the gadgets and having I leased a new Subaru BRZ from the Tucson Subaru. My agent was Rudy Burneo. New Car Purchase I was not intending to buy a new car until my less than 2 year old vehicle was totaled by a driver who was not paying attention to the road. I have had occasion to touch base with my salesman Kevin Woessner, several times since the purchase regarding issues outside of his scope and he has been great about getting back to me. More

The pricing is fair, the people are knowledgeable and friendly, and the dealership overall has an air of professionalism. Now, Curt McHenry specifically is a great guy to work with. I have dealt with him as a salesman and as a service advisor and on both accounts he is a stand-up guy. He is honest about pricing, what the pros and cons are of particular models and does not rush you into a decision (I think I kept him about 3 hours past the end of his shift in trying to make a decision this past weekend). I would not hesitate to buy another Subaru from Curt in the future and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering purchasing from Tucson Subaru. More
