Since we had a trip planned in a few days Rudy, our salesman, and Traci Roberts, the very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly Financial Services Manager made it very easy to do all the paper work and get the new vehicle ready for us. It was easy from start to finish! We also love the new dealership building on N. Oracle Rd. It's a great facility with plenty of room. More

I contacted them through Trent Nichols and scheduled a test drive of a used Forester on the lot. It was a great vehicle but not the right feature set for us so I decided to wait and look around until the perfect vehicle showed up. Trent searched the incoming vehicle list and let me know that the exact Forester we were looking for would be at Tucson Subaru in about two weeks. I went back to make the purchase expecting the usual new car buying experience, high pressure, high stress and high uncertainty. I was pleasantly surprised when I received nothing but courteous, professional service from Trent and Tucson Subaru! I highly recommends Trent Nichols and Tucson Subaru! More
Alan Ferlan & Tim Hanson My husband and I came into Tucson Subaru hoping to get a fair trade on our Jeep Liberty for a Subaru Outback. We left the dealership 110% satisfied b My husband and I came into Tucson Subaru hoping to get a fair trade on our Jeep Liberty for a Subaru Outback. We left the dealership 110% satisfied because of two extraordinary employees, Alan Ferlan and Tim Hanson. Alan's knowledge of all Subaru vehicles and the entire sales process was way beyond his years. From what I understood, he has been employed at Subaru for a mere four months and in my opinion has already mastered the art of sales and customer service. Not once was he unable to answer a question or to make us feel like we were in anything but great hands. Tim was very personable and actually made finance understandable. Not one of our questions was a stupid one, and he made sure we were comfortable with everything before ever asking for a signature. Both of these men were happy to stay late to ensure our satisfaction. We appreciate the wonderful job they both did helping us bring home our new family car. We will be sharing our experience at Tucson Subaru to everyone we know, and hope that Alan and Tim are rewarded for being the kind of employees that every employer would be lucky to have! More
Over and Beyond While driving from Sacramento to Tucson and stopping in Sedona, we discovered that the moonroof on our 2011 Subaru Outback would not close. We read t While driving from Sacramento to Tucson and stopping in Sedona, we discovered that the moonroof on our 2011 Subaru Outback would not close. We read the manual and removed the cover to the moonroof control to access the manual override. We followed the instructions but we're unable to close the moonroof manually. When we arrived in Tucson, we took the car to the local Subaru dealership. The mechanic estimated the work to dismantle the moonroof and replace possibly broken parts at approx. $1500. When I told the service advisor, Wendy Angelini that we recently had $400 of work done on the moonroof in Sacramento, when it was disassembled to clean the drain holes, she went back and told the mechanic. When I went to Wendy to authorize the repair, she told me that the mechanic went back and tinkered with the moonroof and found that it was misaligned. He realigned the moonroof and it worked. This attention to detail saves us a lot of money. In addition to the moonroof, the mechanic also inspected the entire car and found that the right front strut was leaking. Wendy said this was unusual because the car had only 20,000 miles on it and the strut should not fail at 20,000 miles. The car was out of warrantee, so Wendy called Subaru corporate and explained the situation. They authorized the replacement of the strut at no cost to us. Not only did Tucson Subaru repair the moonroof for the minimal cost of one hour of labor and replace the strut, but as I was leaving, Wendy gave me a coupon for a complementary car wash. I could not thank her enough. She is an asset to the Subaru dealership and is an excellent employee. The mechanic who was equally thorough and conscientious. I am very grateful to both of them. They listen carefully and have the experience and knowledge to go directly to the salient issues and resolve the problems. Thank you. Warm regards, Sandra Sylvester More

Ironically, it was a 2013 Ford Mustang, but that didn't stop the dealership from having the best presentation of the car. Trent Nichols was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciated his no-pressure sales approach which made the whole experience very comfortable. I purchased the car at a fair price and two weeks later have zero regrets. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Tucson Subaru to friends or colleagues. More

There Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but the conduct of the Tucson Subaru staff, particularly Gil and Traci, put us at ease immediately. There was no pressure whatsoever. They listened to us and then guided us through the process. We ended up with the perfect (for us) vehicle, a 2014 Forester. I have found all of the staff -- sales and service -- to be courteous, professional and understanding. If you are looking for a vehicle in Tucson, I recommend you start at Tucson Subaru. In our case, it was the first and only stop in our journey, and I'm glad we found them first. More
