My Review of Tustin Cadillac:
It took five messages and finally a complaint to Cadillac corporate directly to get a return call to schedule a service visit. (Never had a problem before this visit, and the vehicle was purchased from same dealership less than two years previously.)
The service manager called and stated he would take us immediately and meet us as we arrived. He never met us as indicated. We had several items serviced. I had to call and check on the status of teh vehicle. I was told everything was completed. Once we picked up the vehicle, we discovered a day later that several items were not completed as originally indicated. When I called the service advisor back, he was not aware of the items not being completed. The service advisor said they had to order some parts, and that he would contact when they arrived. Four weeks later, we were still waiting for the call. We then filed a complaint and still did not hear anything.

This is a dealership to completely avoid!
