He was knowledgeable of the cars and was fun to work with. What I appreciated about Jim was that he was respectful and actually delivered all the things he said he would. He was honest and upfront about costs and didn't make us feel pressured. When he said he'd follow up on something, he did. When he promised us a few oil changes, we got them. When he said he could get us the color we wanted on the same day (even though it wasn't on their lot), he got it. He came through for us in all regards and we walked away very satisfied with our purchase of a new CX-5. Unlike other dealerships, the entire team at Tustin was actually great. Everyone we worked with was polite and upfront about things. No silly sales tactics like putting our name on a "VIP" parking spot and giving us Starbucks or trying to tell us we'll be a "winner" if we purchase from them....Tustin was simply honest and fun to work with. Unlike others, Tustin also didn't try to rip us off with any unnecessary add on's. Puente Hills adds $295 for nitrogen filled tires. You can get nitrogen filled into your tires at Goodyear for like $20. Overall, I'd highly suggest going to Tustin if you are looking for a Mazda and asking for Jim! More

All that changed the minute we walked in Tustin Mazda. From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly by the staff and promptly working with someone to find the car you NEED, not the one THEY want to sell you! We worked with Larry Henderson and he is just the best! Personable, knowledge and just an awesome guy to deal with. He helped us choose the right car for us and never did we feel pressured or that we were being "sold to." Eight months later we needed a second car and because of the experience we had with Larry, went straight back to him and got our second car. We cannot speak highly enough of Tustin Mazda as a whole and particularly of Larry who as I mentioned before is the best I've encountered. They charge you way too much! I have been a loyal customer at Tustin Mazda. I brought my CX9 in every 6 months for service and if something was wrong, I would bring it in there too I have been a loyal customer at Tustin Mazda. I brought my CX9 in every 6 months for service and if something was wrong, I would bring it in there too. My last service was three months ago and even though I had noticed nothing out of the ordinary, I got a huge bill (almost $1600). It didn't feel too good, but they were nice, telling me that the car needs a big one like that every few years. Ok, I thought... Now a few days ago my window would not go up or down anymore. Stuck in-between and I brought my car in. They called me later in the morning telling me that the motor of the window needed replacement and the bill would be $520. I went online and made a few calls, because it felt like too much. Basically any other place I called, told me they could order the real Mazda part (pricey $198) and install it within the hour for less than $300. I confronted Mazda and they told me that they would charge me $248 for the same part en twice the labour. I understand they offer 'service' and are on a prime location......but really? I call that a rip off! More

This time, I worked with Chance Asue and it was just as smooth and easy as the first sale all those years ago. I had gotten the AAA quote on the car I wanted online and contacted Tustin Mazda by email. The Internet Sales division team responded immediately (over the weekend) and so I knew all of the costs, applicable rebates, and loan terms before I even arrived at the dealer. I test-drove and all the paperwork was handled quickly and professionally. Chance was simply exceptional -- he answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I got the best deal possible (my insurance company was impressed with the loan terms!), I was treated with respect, and we had fun, too! What could have been a stressful experience was really easy and fun. More
