I was looking for a honda civic coupe and visited a dealer next to them but didnt like the sales person that was attending me. So I went of to Mazada and started to look at a Black honda civic. Jesus spotted me and came over and started to talk to me not sale me on the car but talk to me. It made me feel good and like the car took it out for a test drive and loved it. I came here to test-drive a Mazda3 and I ended up buying. Ozzy and Jose were great at showing me the car and Ozzy really went out of his way to get me the trade-in value I wanted for my old car and the color Ozzy and Jose were great at showing me the car and Ozzy really went out of his way to get me the trade-in value I wanted for my old car and the color of the new car I wanted (which required him to pull it from another dealer). The previous dealer actually left an aftermarket alarm in the car, which was causing some problems, but Tustin Mazda had no problem paying for it to be removed. Overall a great experience!
