From the first hand shake, Don Gordon, at Tustin Mazda made my experience fun and easy. He is pleasant and great at small talk without trying to feed you the typical spiel one has come to expect. He allowed the cars I test drove speak for themselves and never tried to talk up his dealership against another. I felt comfortable walking away to visit other dealerships in my search for my next car. When I returned having already made my choice, but wanted to feel out a couple of other places, he and the entire team made me and my parents, who were my co-pilots, feel comfortable. I drove away smiling, not only because I had a new (to me) car, but because they made signing that contract not so painful. I plan to continue visiting the dealership to keep up the maintenance on my car. More

Very nice attention from Sammy and all the staff in this Mazda location. I was going there with the idea of trading my car in and getting a new one, and Sammy met the numbers I was looking for. I own a 2011 Mazda CX9 Touring AWD, a couple of weeks ago the transfer case failed leaving me stranded. While I am disappointed that this happened, and Mazda roadside assistance was less than stellar - ago the transfer case failed leaving me stranded. While I am disappointed that this happened, and Mazda roadside assistance was less than stellar - I have to give recognition to Sarah in service who made an unfortunate situation much more tolerable. Her customer service was superb and her attitude was always positive and helpful. It took almost two weeks to repair my car, but the fault was not with the dealership, once they received the part from Mazda, the repair was done quickly. I felt as though Sarah did everything in her power to get my car fixed and returned to me. Ii could not give my experience five stars - because after all my 2 year old car died and left me stranded on the side of the road and it took Mazda's roadside assistance way too long to arrive (over two hours). But this is a Mazda issue and not an issue with the dealership. Sarah actually sent the cashier to pick me up and take me to work and they took care of getting the car to the dealership without me. More

This time I was greeted and assited by Andrew Shoaf. He was very professional and extemely patient and polite. I told him what I wanted and we discussed price, styles, colors and payments. He truly went out of his way to assist me. The best part is that I didnt have to deal with anyone else but him -was the same with Shaun before- I only dealt with Andrew the entire time until I did paperwork and then I dealt with Tony, the finance guy and he was also very polite and professional! I can't tell you how EASY and UNSTRESSFUl this purchase was!! It was pretty fast and they made sure I was comfortable and asked me several times if I needed some water and suggested I sit down and relax while they did all the work. They didn't have the exact car I wanted so they promised me the next day and just like they promised, it was there next day! I will go back again when I need a new car as this is the new standard for me when it comes to buying a new car! MAZDA OF TUSTIN IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! More

Out of all the dealerships I had visited in the roughly two months leading up to my purchase from Tustin Mazda, Jim -- by far -- allowed me the most Out of all the dealerships I had visited in the roughly two months leading up to my purchase from Tustin Mazda, Jim -- by far -- allowed me the most comprehensive test drive and inspection. Prices at this dealership were the fairest I had seen within 100 miles of my home. The purchase agreement allowed me to return the car within 24 hours of purchase for any mechanical problems, although I didn't need to do so (the car I purchased was a certified Mazda, which my mechanic said was in excellent condition). I highly recommend Tustin Mazda. More
