I have bought a few cars and even tried to sell them at one point in my life, so I know how the game works. I was VERY impressed with Shaun (salesman) and his customer service. I was very pleased that I wasn't over pressured to go inside and try and buy the car right then. Shaun did a great job in handling my business on that first day. I came back and purchased my Mazda3 the next day. Shaun was pleased to see me and was more than helpful and made me feel like we had been friends for years through the purchasing process. No complaints with my salesman, Jim F. He was very friendly and did everything within his power to make the deal. The problem comes with the person introduced as the owner (?) or manager. At first he appeared to be ok as we discussed topics unrelated to the purchase of the vehicle. Once Jim, my wife and I settled on a number, it was presented to the manager. Total change of attitude. At first I thought maybe it was just me who noticed. The offer was turned down and we made a 2nd offer. Nothing insulting about the offer, just a couple hundred dollars difference. When Jim mentioned that to the manager, he looked at Jim and spoke to him as if he were chastising a child. Very disrespectful, in my opinion. Jim, by the way, appears to be somewhat older than his boss. And the look on his face was of embarrassment. Well despite this guys unwillingness to budge, we decided to purchase the car. No finance. No extended warranty. Just write the check and go. Sounds simple til you get to the finance guy. Don't know how many ways you can tell a guy "NO". Tried to be polite. But the guy must have asked me 10 times about buying an extended warranty. Who in their right mind is going to spend $1700 on a $11000 car. "Oh, well if its the price, how about $1200?" Why didn't you offer that the first time? No, no and NO!!!! Have purchased many cars and this was one of the worst. Would not buy a car here again and would not/could not recommend. And I'm sure they don't care. Jim should find another dealership to work. From the looks of this site, it appears only positive reviews are kept so I doubt anyone other than the dealership will see it. That's too bad..... More

When I talked about Mazda cars -- my husband was never into it... being a benz user he was never attracted to Mazda car's ... but when I asked him -- just to pay a visit to Mazda cars at Tustin Mazda .... into it... being a benz user he was never attracted to Mazda car's ... but when I asked him -- just to pay a visit to Mazda cars at Tustin Mazda ..... and the moment he saw mazda cx-5 he was all into it.. we were helped my Sammy -- he is a great guy ... it was raining but he immediately arranged for test drive .. I was driving SUV for first time so was little scared .. but Sammy calmly explained me how to use the latest features on the car easy way... he even offered me to take a Test drive on Freeway == which most dealers won't allow .... Moreover after driving Mazda CX-5 I expressed him a desire to TEST drive mazda mazda4 - which is a totally different car... but he was not hesitant and immediately arranged a test drive .... He did not pressurize us at all.... I would say everyone at Tustin Mazda were very friendly and taking care of the customers ... I would recommend Sammy -- as he got us what we wanted for the price we desired ... we must have negotiated several times and every time with a smile he helped us and approached his bosses to adjust the rate ... all his managers were also good... thanks to Tony who was sammy's manager.. finally my mazda cx-5 grand touring dream with all desired features become possible because of Sammy enthusiasm ..
